I book on website one king room ! I’m 3 star hotel , But when I  arrived to hotel that staff take me to other building besides hotel ! He told me this also our hotel but This is not allowed to hotel take people to other part without show on online websites! I am shocked…. So this is not hotel just apartment with very old elevator. If I live apartment I can choose by myself not you … so my recommendation didn’t visit this hotel just wanna play with your money. Bye

The staff is friendly. The hotel looks more like a B&B but the rooms are really better than 4 star. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the SILENCE. I definitely recommend the hotel near the Termini station.

We were here before, the lady gave us a very nice room, the girl was warm, but the old man was very bad, he gave us twice bad rooms with the worst view of trash bins and there’s only cover with no quill on the bed, the blanket was thin and dirty, i caught a cold the next morning. The bathroom is very small. The attitude of the old man receptionist is really rude. Don’t recommend.

The first time in this hotel was nice but the following time with the reception of the old man was really bad bad bad.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Good location. Fair air quality, room too hot, bad window view (facing backyard garbage storages), old room & facility.

This place was very convenient, located just a 10-15 minutes walk away from Roma Termini. It is also surrounded by cafes and restaurants and supermarket. We had a good stay here! Room was also made daily. There was also a very cool lift system

A wonderful hotel with incredibly helpful and responsive staff. The breakfasts were excellent: fresh fruit, pineapples, melon, wonderful fresh pastries, prosciutto and other sausages, delicious cheeses, in general, perfect! The room was exactly as in the photo. I really liked it and plan to come again. From the train station about 7 minutes walk.

The location is a 10-minute walk from the station. The road is full of potholes and small cobblestones. It is inconvenient to drag a suitcase and the neighborhood does not feel very safe. The hotel front desk service is very good. They helped us check in early at 10 am. The room is also large and artistic, but the hygiene level feels average.

Everything is fine, but there was no hot water on the second day of staying at the hotel, the water was barely warm, I had to wash in cold water, it was very unpleasant. I did not call the reception, I thought that they themselves knew this problem and would solve it soon, but there was no hot water all day.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. It is near Rome Central Station and can be reached on foot. The king-size bed room is OK, but the twin beds are very narrow and can only accommodate one person. The hotel's hygiene and service are OK.

The hotel gave us a great feeling, and the transportation is very convenient. The front desk is friendly and easy to communicate with. It is recommended that it is worth staying again to enjoy the unforgettable beauty and monuments of Rome.

Excellent hotel and conditions. I liked everything.

Convenient location - close to the metro, along the street to Termtney about 10 minutes. Good breakfast, cleaning and towels changed every day. The room is small - 13 sq m, including the bathroom))
