Nice space – it's quite tiny, can't stand up anywhere near the toilet, and the shower is nice but only one water no options.
The attic room was so small would not recommend for anyone over 6 foot

The property is convenient to termini station and coach buses to fuimicino airport/24 hours a day. If you are not fussy it's ok to have a bed to lay in, although my mattress is not comfortable, it's sunken in some parts, shower is good, toilet seat keeps movin to the left side and the cover keeps dropping behind my back. As long as the elevator is always in good working condition and the people who uses it follow the instructions. Otherwise is a long hike will be added from your walking tour of Rome

Cher hôte,
Nous tenons tout d'abord à vous remercier pour avoir partagé votre logement avec nous. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et souhaitons vous faire part de nos observations.
Les aspects positifs : L'emplacement, les lits confortables, la climatisation, l'accueil initial, les serviettes et la propreté étaient excellents.
Les points négatifs : L'escalier menant à la chambre est dangereux, l'absence de fenêtre dans la chambre est inconfortable, la lunette des toilettes ne tient pas, attention l'évier est bouché. Et en dernier, plus aucun accueil après le premier accueil.
Il nous semble que votre prix par nuit (tous frais compris) devrait être au maximum de 80€ pour ce logement.
Nous avons, quand même, passé un bon séjour.
