入住第一晚沒有熱水，但是酒店拒絕任何賠付或退款。房間設施破舊。不推薦該酒店。

There was no hot water on the first night, but the hotel refused any compensation or refund. The room facilities were shabby. I do not recommend this hotel.

Though I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water.
Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral.
Overall experience is good for the value of money

Güzel bir otel çalışanları güler yüzlü memnun kaldım. Sürekli tercih ediyorum bu oteli. 

Big hotel, the rooms are not big! Furniture and all equipment outdated! I would say a 2* hotel rather than a 4*. Breakfast is still possible. Underground parking included.
