Very nice breakfast with great variety of food choices. Location is great. 15mins walk from Colosseum. Train station is just 1min walk. Will definitely stay there again for next my Rome trip.
Everything as described.
Small rooms but with everything needed. Good service from the staff, exception the lady who attends the breakfast who is not quite in the same mood than the other people.
Reception guys are quite helpful
Is advertised a “pool” but in reality is a small jacuzzi. Could be more accurate.
Far from the main attractions. Uber/Taxi could be costly. Else you must be prepared to walk 5-8 mins to the subway.
Hotel provides airport shuttle, however difficult to find the pick up point at the airport. Room was very clean with blackout curtains, bed was very comfortable, bad room and shower are very small. Staff at Reception and restaurant is very polite. Swimming and Gym are very modern. Had a late Dinner at the on-site restaurant, delicious with reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning with many choices. Enjoyed my layover and would book it again!
The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel):
The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔
This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what.
It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent!
I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems
& needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞

We went to Madrid first, then Rome, then Copenhagen and Paris. This hotel is much worse than Madrid. I don't really want to stay here. I can't cancel it. Italy is generally bad, but it's just okay.
Very nice establishment, great service, very clean, had everything I could need and was easy accessible by bus which went straight to the Center of the city. Amazing breakfast with a view on top of the building. I will definitely come again.
Hotel room leap, there are ladders, it is not too convenient to take large luggage; there is a double bed and a sofa bed, if the three people travel together, it will be cost-effective with you; the most want to complain about two points: 1. There is no shower curtain in the bathing place, after a shower, the bathroom is full of water, there is no place to flow; 2. The location of the hotel is not biased, but the taxi is expected to be called in20-30 minutes. If there is an emergency, you have to plan early.

Having lived in Italy for many years, I feel that this is a very cost-effective hotel compared to hotels of the same price in Rome. It is an old chain hotel. Although the facilities are aging and look old, the space is a bit small, but it is very clean, especially the bathroom is not small and very clean, the shower water is very large, and the shower is comfortable. Tissue paper is provided, which I have not encountered in a budget hotel for a long time. The two-in-one shower and shampoo lotion is not very astringent after washing like in other hotels, but the washing feeling is very normal. The breakfast is quite rich, and there are not many people going early. The receptionist is very friendly. It is not in the downtown area, and it is very quiet at night, which means that the sound insulation is also good. Almost all budget hotels in Italy cannot do this. I need to bring earplugs. It is a 7-8 minute walk from Piazza della Repubblica and a 10-minute walk from the central railway station. There is a large supermarket Conad nearby, and the embassy is next door. There are troops standing guard, which makes the sense of security full. Recommended for budget travelers with a low budget.
Great hotel, perfect location. Close to the train station. Metro station at 5 min walking distance. Supermarket nearby if you need anything. Breakfast was normal european breakfast with a barista. Great coffee to start your day. Room had air-conditioning, was really nice during the hot summer. Cleaning and hygiene was good and nice amenities for a 3 star hotel. Overall great experience.
The receptionist is very polite and talented . She care about all the Clients and she is very prepared around the area . Not even at Westin excelsior you receive. Attentions and consideration as from the evening shift receptionist . Hope you treasure her as much as we are pleased with her services . Room is tidy all functions and there is a very good restaurant Calle i conti near by . Good experience

it would be useful to improve information on transfer times to the centre: the short distance could lead to overly optimistic assessments.

QQIVery clean, there is a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, very quiet at night, the surrounding small restaurants are cheap and authentic, all locals go. It's 910 from the train station, not far from the Vatican.
The breakfast was very good, there was a terrace and the National Day rehearsal, that is, no change, but the European breakfast is normal.
The room has a refrigerator, four apples on ice, and three left in a day, it's cute.
