We chose this place very last minute because we needed up needing somewhere to stay near the airport and it was decent. Clean, beds are comfortable and there room is decently spacious. Would definitely recommend for people who need to be next to the airport as it’s a 10 minute drive!

Honestly this hotel very run down, need be much more cleaning, my bathroom was smell and trust me I am not a picky person this probably the only negative comments I made on this review site. I understand is a budget hotel but still need a lot cleansing need to be done, and inside no tooth brush and lots basic stuff so you have to buy outside or front desk. Only positive thing for me was the customer service are very friendly and professional, but everything else really need get better even though is a budget hotel

However, the room is so small that it is difficult for one person to turn around, not to mention how difficult it is to open the suitcase! Before the trip, I contacted Ctrip customer service about the round-trip shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and the reply I got was: starting from 5 am, there is a shuttle bus every half an hour, and the stop is **, but after landing in Paris CDG, I waited at the ** shuttle bus point before 9 am for more than an hour. During this period, I called the hotel N times, but the computer was always on duty-French! I asked a beautiful girl at the airport to help me call, and the phone rang for 12 minutes, and the computer was still on duty, and no one answered; at the same time, I tried to send a message to Ctrip customer service, but I got an automatic reply, and there was no help at all! Finally, the shuttle driver of another hotel saw that I had waited for so long in the wind and rain, so he enthusiastically asked for the hotel's phone number. Thank God, someone finally answered the phone this time, and I was told: The airport pick-up to the hotel is only from 5 to 9 pm every day, with a bus every half an hour! My goddess! This Ctrip overseas specialist service is really good, and they can't even figure out the time of the hotel's airport pick-up shuttle? Ctrip's customer service is really criticized! Not far from Charles de Gaulle Airport (2.1 euros for 6 stops on bus 27, about 12 euros for uber), if you want to catch the flight the next day, you can consider staying in this hotel, otherwise I really don't recommend it! The hotel's breakfast is typical bread/cheese/ham, without any vegetables... I stayed for a week and the breakfast didn't change every day. The sanitation of the room is OK, but the bathroom area is also very cramped. Special emphasis: The shuttle bus from the hotel to Charles de Gaulle Airport (only to T2) runs every half hour from 5 to 9 am every day. You need to scan the code at the front desk to make an appointment one day in advance, and the fare is EUR 7; The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel only runs every half hour from 17 to 21 in the afternoon, and the fare is also EUR 7. Friends who arrive at other times, please take a taxi or uber to the hotel, and uber costs about EUR 12. Don't wait foolishly at the ** hotel shuttle bus stop... Turn left from the hotel and 850 meters away there is an Aeroville comprehensive shopping center, which has a relatively large supermarket Auchan and several restaurants-I recommend a Thai restaurant opened by a Chinese. Compared with the buffet dinner at Campanile hotel, the taste is much better! The hotel room does not provide toothbrushes, slippers, and even 2 facial tissues are provided every day... There is no safe in the room, no ironing board... In short: I have lived a "green planet" for 7 days...
