The room is not big, but the facilities are quite complete, but the coating on the bathroom ceiling fell off in the middle of the night. There are a lot of houses under construction nearby, and the main road is right at the door, so it will be a bit noisy. The view from the rooftop breakfast room is good. Next to it is the home stadium of Riyadh Youth.

I left something behind when I left the store, but I went back to look for it. The experience was pretty good. There was some noise from the construction nearby, but everything else was fine. The view of Riyadh from the top is pretty good. Note that Saudi hotels have plenty of hot water at night but not much hot water in the morning. I have stayed in 3 hotels and it feels like this.

The room facilities are good and the breakfast is rich. Although the room is a bit small, it is very practical. The front desk service level is high and the attitude is very good. There is a supermarket nearby and it is also close to the airport.

Breakfast is average, but the restaurant has a good view. The room is small and there is no table. The most unacceptable thing is that in addition to the two bottles of water provided daily, there is a charge if you want more. This is the first time I encountered a hotel that charges for water.

Hotel is clean but staff are rude and won’t help in any way got to be the worst hotel I have stayed in over in Saudi no hot water in room and told to come back tomorrow there is no windows in the room it’s like a prison sell also we was ment to have food put on but the food is that bad we have had to eat out every day

this hotel was stunning and great value for money, you have breakfast on the 13th floor with some of the best vews we experienced whilst in riyadh, they let us check in at 6am, helped me to communicate in arabic to the uber driver that i left my phone in his car and had it returned within an hour, spotless beautiful rooms cleanest hotel ive ever stayed in staff so helpful and friendly even i could smoke in my room! the local neighbourhoods had plenty of places to eat and shop, also was in the best place for accessing boulevard city and the kingdom arena, al shabab football stadium is a 5 minute walkj from the hotel 10 minutes in the uber and we were in riyadh cIty centre amazed by how good value for the money that we spent on this hotel.

Room facility is pretty good. But the rooms are located very close to each other. So, someone closing or opening the door in the adjacent rooms feels like it’s in your room. Need more vegetarian food items in the restaurant menu as well as in the breakfast boufet.
