Terrible Experience – Theft During Stay I had an extremely disappointing experience at Art View Hotel Riyadh. During our stay from November 19–21, 2024, my colleague and I were victims of theft. Around $1,000 USD and 400 USD were stolen from our wallets, which were left securely in our locked rooms during breakfast. The hotel management failed to respond to our emails or offer any resolution to this serious issue. For a 4-star hotel, this lack of security and customer service is unacceptable. If you’re considering staying here, beware—there seems to be a systemic issue, and the management does not take responsibility. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
