Very nice environment in the best locations with top class clients and old fashioned atmosphere, locations of very important world star movies, the best of the best. All type of details are really professional handled, best staff very professional. You can see the Adriatic Sea beach the port are cross the road and all type of shopping are all around the hotel. Hope in visit again soon.

Came here for an exhibition. It's called a five-star hotel, but the facilities are old and the service is not good. The room is cold and only the bathroom has a small heater. I woke up in the middle of the night on the first day and rushed to the bathroom to take a hot shower. I dozed off by the bathroom heater until dawn. I went to the front desk the next day and they sent a heater to the room, which made a creaking sound. I booked for eight consecutive days, but they only made my bed every day and didn't refill my toiletries. I had to call them to get them delivered. The most important thing is that they don't provide free drinking water in the room, not even one bottle. I thought they didn't provide it at first, so I called to put a bottle of water in the room every day. As a result, I was charged 64 euros for eight bottles of water in eight days when I checked out. I wanted to change hotels halfway through and negotiated whether the customer would check out. The hotel simply said that the room fee would not be refunded and the person could leave 😆

Very good hotel with good breakfast. But it must be a bit old, and many places are a bit scary to live alone. For example, this corridor reminds me of The Shining. The restroom is very clean and new. The biggest bug is that the door lock is too old. I worry about not being able to lock the door properly.

Some doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…).
The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached.
Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning.
Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines.
Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.
