Staff were excellent and very kind + professional. Facilities were very clean and modern. Location was perfect. Fitness suite is quite small but has all essential equipment and is fine for a quick workout.

We booked a room with a city view and didn’t get it (but paid for that). Hotel shows that have a parking, but if You will go to the hotel by car you will receive a ticket from police man, so you need to find a parking place. Was loud music till 11 pm. The swimming pool experience was horrible, a lot of man had drinks and food from the local shop, nobody was there to keep on eye what’s going on, so we just left those drunk people to keep parting there.

Great hotel with a great location. Everything in the old town is within walking distance. The bus station that goes to the airport is about a 10-minute walk away

The location is good in the World Heritage area, but the hotel was dark and there were 3 mosquitoes in the room, so I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is far from the bus or train station, but close to the old town. There is a small supermarket nearby. The staff in the lobby are friendly and friendly. Free tea and fruits are provided. The sound of the staff pushing carts upstairs can occasionally be heard in the room. Overall the hotel is good.

Located in the heart of the old city, there are plenty of restaurant options nearby and the scenery is great.

It is in the old town and you can find places to eat and shopping. Service was five stars, but room is particularly common and is feeling called four stars. I didn't have breakfast so I don't know. There were mosquitoes in the room, but *I borrowed an insecticide, so I managed somehow.

You can't get on or off the bus in front of the hotel, which is very inconvenient
