Breakfast is OK, the hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to go to the old town. The bed in the hotel is not very good, a little small. The hotel arranges a pick-up and drop-off service and the arrangement is very good.

Hotel is very conveniently located, next to the mall and central station, minutes walk to the bus station, central market and old town. Check in was perfect and helpful with city map provided. Kettle, cups, sachet tea and coffee are provided, shampoo, hand soap, tissue paper, shower cap were provided in the bathroom. Would be good if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner. Sadly, the power plugs at the desk does not fit a travel adaptor and there are no usb ports. The single bed was right next to the curtain and a mirror is right in front of the bed, very weird room design. There’s a safe deposit box in the room. Do remember to bring your own slippers as no room slippers are provided.

There is a parking lot and the charge is 20 euros. The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location, opposite the train station and behind the old town. The only regret is that the hotel has to pay a deposit when checking in, because there are a lot of consumer goods in the room.

The bus station can be reached on foot. The front desk staff was warmly received. The room was unexpectedly large and the price was too high. Going out is the old city, and all attractions can be reached on foot.

GGuest UserA well designed large hotel, centrally located but surrounded by parks. Service at the front desk and SPA was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet had ample choice. SPA was on the small side, enough for an hour long relaxation session. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent offering hot, cold and local food; it was late to open on the one day when we needed it most though, as we were going out very early. Staff generally very helpful and friendly.
Bed very comfy. Good radiators for drying soggy coats. Would stay again (and are planning to as well!).

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you're there for business or leisure, the convenience of being in such a central spot is unbeatable.
The breakfast buffet was also great.
The staff were also attentive and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend the Metropole for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and prime location.

IIvanI recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus.
The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

GGuest UserAn extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . .
Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available.
The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was.
Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

MMukaddas KuzievaEverything was excellent, very clean hotel, cleaning every day, changing towels every day, so convenient location, a few meters beautiful park, where you can do walking, city center just 3 stops by tram, we bought 3 day travel pass for 8 euros, enjoyed our time, breakfast is amazing, thank you Chef and hotel management, it is worth 10 star hotel, it is true, amazing service, I will recommend and will come back again
P.S. Room we booked was very small standard :) asked for upgrade, but they couldn’t as high season and hotel was full

MMikeJMJonesWe were extremely happy with our stay at Hotel Justus. The hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful Riga Old Town, only a 3-minute walk to the Christmas Markets, 5-minute walk to the famous churches, and 20 minutes to the Art Nouveau District which houses some of the art galleries and museums. We stayed on the third floor in a standard double room. The room was spacious enough for a couple, had a well-functioning bathroom and also a comfortable bed and pillows. The room was well heated for the sub-zero temperatures. It has lifts. Breakfasts were delicious with both hot and cold dishes - scrambled egg pie, crispy bacon, sausages, fresh vegetables, porridge, pickled herring, wheat and rye bread, fruit and pastries. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing information for the major galleries and museums and even helping me find the Leica store. Before the holiday, manager, Einars was extremely helpful finding us a private driver to drive us from Riga to Tallinn at the end of our stay. This is a very historic, boutique hotel with a cosy ambience. I believe the restaurant on the ground floor is open in peak seasons. Nearby are at ;
least 20 restaurants and cafes, and many bars. A wonderful stay, thank you.

Room might be a bit small but can’t complain with its prefect location right adjacent to the old town hall and all top spots in Riga’s top spots (plus international bus station)
The breakfast was also prefect considering the room tariffs, with a good range of choices before starting a day in the lovely city

WWai Kin KentService is nice. Staff can respond my problem and question rapidly. The equipment is not cleaned or even broken. For example, the mini refrigerator is broken while the bed linen have mark on them. Also, the shampoo bottle is empty.
