ROOM WAS BROKEN INTO. PEOPLE WERE IN THE ROOM AND BELONGINGS WERE INVADED. INCIDENT WAS REPORTED. FRONT DESK SAID CAMERAS WERE NOT WORKING and MY DAUGHTER MUST HAVE LEFT THE DOOR OPEN!!! STAFF REFUSED TO CHANGE HER ROOM! Unacceptable response. No concern for customer's safety. I will be speaking to the owner about incident and staff response and reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities
