"Our last four nights in paradise the swim up room was amazing we used that pool for a lot of hours nice to have our own deck and access. We ate all our meals here breakfast was included and was good the options were lacking a bit but we found enough to eat! Dinner we ate here because we were lazy and didn’t want to go out! The food was good not great but good not always the same the next day was strange! The beach was great the tides gos out for miles so there is lots to walk! The massage place was great she worked all my kinks out. But I would not recommend the nail salon was very basic not much to choose from for Color and she was late then when she did arrive had to go home for tools she forget! The hotel staff were all very helpful! The pool bar was nice and Mark made some fancy drinks!"

"Checking in to the Funny Lion in PPS after a week of touring Palawan felt like coming home and being able to finally relax. After seeing how beautiful the hotel is, we cancelled all the activities planned in the area and just focused on recovery and relaxation. The amenities are top-notch and the guests are isolated from the hot & dusty hussle and chaos. It was GREAT. Only wish we had a couple of extra days to enjoy it."

"Great place to stay! The staffs were friendly and helpful, there was an issue with cleanliness at first (old used towels in the cupboard), but they were quick to clean it. We asked them to find a taxi to airport, and they found the cheapest one! Pleasant stays! Thank you."

"Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them. In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked). However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious. The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained. The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos."

"The treasure hotel overlooked by the domestic website, the scenery is very beautiful, google map is high rating, fortunately stayed for one night, few tourists, good service, big room, I want a big bed, there is actually a small bed. The small balcony faces the sea. The restaurant can enjoy the scenery while eating at the top, and you can also go to the covered bridge to take pictures. Very cost-effective."

"Excellent welcome, very pretty establishment, with a beautiful green outdoor layout. An incredible swimming pool to relax after a day visiting the surroundings. Very well located, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which can be reached very quickly by scooter to rent in front of the hotel for 500PHP / day. Stayed in room No. 10 slightly offset from the pool, which allows not to be disturbed in the evening, beautiful room, well equipped, extra large bed and a small terrace. Excellent staff service. Thank you for this very good stay at the end of January 2025 ❤️ Josselyn and Karine"
