Spa Hotels in Renshou

I came two days before the Spring Festival. There were very few people, but the experience was very good. The one-on-one butler Doudou arranged the room in advance before arriving, followed up the whole process, was very considerate, and also recommended fun and delicious places around. There are two hotels and several restaurants in the park, as well as a water park, go-karts, library, and happy garden that children like, as well as a 24-hour gym and yoga room that adults like. The facilities are very complete and highly recommended.

The hotel environment is clean, the room layout is perfect, the front desk service is good, and they took the initiative to change us to a larger room. The hotel has just been opened for more than a year. The bedding is quite new and the bedding is of relatively good quality. It is hygienic and clean. The room is well soundproofed and does not affect your sleep. The hotel has its own parking lot. There are charging piles, which is quite good. The location is very good and the transportation is very convenient. There are many hotpots and Sichuan dishes to choose from outside. The long breakfast time and afternoon tea time are the characteristics of the hotel. When checking in , Sister Xiao Li at the front desk also took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and sent it to our room. It was a very good experience.

From the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic! The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake! The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too! The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice! I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning! My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!
