Warm hospitality and excellent location

Location is excellent if you are hoping to go to Danxia mountain for a hike. Service is excellent too, they are very proactive to provide you with anything you need, including heating up your room when you are late to check-in. I give four out of five stars for cleanliness because the toilet door has some weird oily stuff on it. And I give four out of five for amenities because it is also very weird that they don’t have any chairs or sofa in the room but only a long bench that is right underneath the tv. Wish that they have something I could just rest on comfortably.

Right at the entrance, good breakfast and comfortable room! They found my missing headphone while cleaning and returned it after I picked up my luggage! Very helpful and friendly service

Very nice place! Right next to the park entrance. Very comfortable room, very clean and cozy. Really appreciated and would recommend it! Dining service was missing. But there are many options around

The quilt was torn and had menstrual blood on it. There was no stool in the room and no towel rack in the bathroom.

The room is simple and generous, very comfortable, clean and hygienic, the service is warm and thoughtful, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and the golf driving range is free to experience, which is very interesting. The scenery in Danxia Mountain is good and worth visiting again.

Every staff member here is very enthusiastic, and the room has been upgraded. The room is comfortable and clean. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Danxia. It’s great🤗

Gave a bad review because the service was not comprehensive. When I booked the hotel, I saw the facility description saying that there were fast charging and slow charging stations. After I walked around the hotel and finally found the slow charging station, I followed the instructions of the charging station, scanned the code and downloaded the APP, but was unable to install it. I downloaded the APP from the App Store again. After successful installation, I scanned the QR code but couldn't use it. I moved the parking space again and changed the charging pile, but it still couldn't be charged. I had to move the car to a fast charging station to charge it. It took more than half an hour. When I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk and found out that slow charging requires the clerk to swipe the hotel's recharge card before it can be used. I wonder why the hotel doesn’t put a notice next to the slow charging pile to explain this? It would be a shame to not give a bad review.
