Can't take elevator from 2nd floor (lobby) to 1st floor (parking lot). It's better to take all luggages to 1st floor and get back to check out at 2nd floor.

There is a lot of parking. The room is big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful decoration in loft style Convenient to travel in and out near the city Friendly service staff It is recommended, very worthwhile. Will travel to work or stay in Rayong

I love it here so much. Overall, I had a great experience with the Plaai Plus Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful also nice as well, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a honeymoon weekend with your honey. Recommend it as much. The price is very cheap and reasonable. Breakfast is great l love it. Don't miss to stay here when you go to Rayong. Guarantee! you will be happy when you stay here.

The hotel is quiet. The receptionist offers a smile, cute, good, cheap price, various services of the hotel are good, a new hotel. The air conditioner is very cool. I like the simple cute decoration. Night sleep well, the atmosphere around the hotel is quiet, no noise.

Time for an update, since I reviewed the hotel a few years ago. The pandemic curtailed a lot of travel, so it's been a while since we were here. They closed during the pandemic, but used that time to do a lot of upgrades and remodeling. There is all new tile throughout, and very attractive tile at that; my wife is considering replacing the tile in our house with what's in the hotel. The beds, or at least the mattresses, are also new and quite comfortable. On this stay we were also given a suite that was almost the size of my condo back in the US, and at a great price that included breakfast. You order breakfast the night before from the brief menu, which I imagine they do so as to predict how much they need the following morning and not have food go to waste. The staff here is, as they were before, very friendly and professional, and work hard to make sure your have a comfortable stay. The day manager/assistant manager Mr. B is a terrific host, and speaks excellent English. When we were checking out, he made sure to be around so he could personally thank us for staying, and we very much appreciated him doing this. Although you will see some some foreign guests (probably avoiding the madness of Pattaya), it does seem to cater more to Thai customers; all of the television channels are Thai. However, if you're spending your time in Thailand watching television, you're missing the whole point of being there. All in all, another excellent stay, and we will definitely be back.

This hotel is clean enough. Housekeeper is a very nice lady. Location is quite convenient. That's all the positive. First of all, they are very stingy on their towels. When I called the front desk to ask for a change of my used towels to fresh towels, their reply is simply no. They will only change your towels once a day during room cleanup. I only asked for a change not for additional towels, and they still refused. Secondly, their location is located next to a 407 bus station, but their windows are not sound proof. So you can hear the buses coming in and out and in reverse backing up to somewhere until their last schedule. The shower is also not leak proof. The shower door doesn't have any seal on any side so water will leak out. They have a kitchenette with dishes that you can use; however, dish detergent is not available. The only difference between the Superior and Deluxe room is lower and upper floor. The ramp in front is so so steep that you can't even walk on it. So pushing your luggage or wheelchair is unsafe or impossible.

Good accommodation, spacious room, no hair dryer. There is tea, coffee, patongo in the morning, near Seven, near food, male staff, good service. But when checking out, I met a female staff who looked swayed. Found twice

This place is a hidden gem! Down a very small soi and you’ll find it on the corner. The rooms are immaculately clean. Really modern! Every room has a big bed, shower/toilet, desk and chair, mini fridge and TV. This does not feel budget hotel at all. You’d pay 5000 baht for a room like this in central Bangkok. I booked 4 rooms and everyone is fantastic! Great start to our holiday!

It is a very good hotel, clean, good rooms, good beds. Near delicious food sources in Rayong city. Even though it's not next to the beach, it only takes a few minutes to drive to the beach. The hotel has an in-house restaurant and cafe where the food tastes equally delicious.
