GGuest UserOverall clean hotel with very convienent location. Breakfast choices were a bit limted to prepackaged items. Also, the room was not too great. Matrices need replacement, just awful. Shower head height was made for a 4 foot child or handicapped person, it could not be adjusted up for an adult. Water pressure terrible. This is a popular hotel location so be prepared for parking challenges.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in even though we had reserved the room through Trip.Com, I was told their were no rooms. This was the fault of Trip. Com because their website said they had rooms at the hotel even though the hotel had no more rooms to book. I have never had this happened when booking with other online booking sites. And I have stayed in this area several times in past years. Not good when you get to the hotel and are told you don't have a room, because they were over booked due to online booking sites.
