The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is large. Swimming pool and sauna outside. The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children, but the gym is too dark and the sauna is too old. The water pressure is also low when taking a shower, and the water comes out very slowly! Overall, the experience is still good, and the children like it very much!

I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time. However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed. The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem). Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working. Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy. There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).

Cleanliness and location The atmosphere of the hotel was so good. The pool and spa were so good for the kids. The staff were friendly and I was very satisfied with the fresh apples and free sweets in the bar that were free in the morning. The complement is that the TV is too old to connect Netflix, YouTube and Hanfun at all, and the bed mattress is too out, so two people gather in the middle in the morning ^^

Hotel not far from the city center, about 15 minutes by car. Clean rooms, although we took a room for 2 days and they never came to clean, but I have found this in all the hotels in Canada. There is also a small heated indoor pool and they provide you with towels at the reception.
