Hotels near Parc Nicolas-Pinel, Quebec City

All self served, easy access, free car park, but room is noisy cos it’s only 2nd floor, felt like next to the road, lots of bus/car and wind noise, no facilities but easy reach to mall nearby, location is good only if you are arrived by car, very smelly oily cooking smell flooded in room, I believe from the ventilation system from downstairs or flats cooking in the same building, very bad smell and choking and makes us hard to sleep. Few towel with stains and bedsheet felt like unchanged. Other than the above, it’s spacious but a little bit over priced.

Pros: Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Accommodated us for our daughters late check out due to online schooling. Clean. Cons: no soap in bathroom. Mattress are hard.

Campus residence turned hostel for the summer. Room is small but clean and mostly comfortable although there is no air con. There is only one sink in the shared bathroom on each wing of each floor but there are individual sinks in each room. Location is close to public transport (bus) but there is a small walking distance from the bus stop. 10 minutes walk away from Metro (Canadian chain grocery store) and shopping mall with customer service that speaks English (most people in the area speak limited English). Overall an enjoyable stay comparable to the price.

Great experience! Well placed in Quebec. The room was really clean and ok for us. The personnel was really gentle with us. I recommend for sure.

Second, we booked the price of the two rooms on Ctrip. It’s 301 Canadian dollars. If you pay to the counter, you need to charge 311 Canadian dollars. I don’t know why? The hotel is more than 10 minutes drive from the ancient city. The location is very good. There are commercial facilities, gas stations, big supermarkets, etc. It is simpler breakfast, no meat...

Morning arrived but need to check in at 4:00pm even the room is available. Very disappointed.

I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time. However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed. The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem). Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working. Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy. There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).

A few of our friends traveled to the United States from China. First of all, the location of this hotel is not bad. Then it is more convenient to park at the hotel. The location is good. We found it soon. Thanks for Ctrip's assistance.
