The overall at the hotel was very nice. We arrived to the hotel much earlier than our expected check-in time but the receptionist offered to take care of our luggage’s while they prepared our room and recommended food places and must-go landmarks in Quanzhou. One of the rooms had an issue with the hot water boiler and the receptionist took initiative to offer an upgraded room without extra cost. The location of the hotel is also very convenient and close to many of the famous landmarks. The rooms themselves were very cosy and clean.

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, just off the main street and right on a vibrant creative street. I absolutely loved the overall decor and style; the owner clearly has impeccable taste. The room was spotless. A minor suggestion for next time would be to provide disposable bathtub liners. The service was outstanding. They had thoughtfully turned on the AC before our arrival, and the afternoon tea, along with the drinks and snacks, were absolutely delicious. My child still raves about the black truffle fries! The owner even went the extra mile by sending two complimentary drinks for my child, which was incredibly kind. This is the first time I've genuinely felt that staying in a guesthouse offers a more unique and enjoyable experience than a traditional hotel. Highly recommend!

The rooms are well-decorated, odor-free, with new facilities and a well-planned layout. We stayed two days and were completely satisfied. The customer service was attentive and met all our requests. They even brought tea sets and were very patient. We had a wonderful trip, especially the family room with its small balcony. We packed up a barbecue and ate it in the evening, watching the city lights and the smell of fireworks, and toasting under the stars. It was the perfect vacation experience.

Of course, I have to play by the way when I come to Quanzhou on a business trip. The time is tight, so I specially went to the Raiders to choose this good location. I didn't expect the famous hotel to be super beautiful and the service attitude is very good. However, it was quite warm, and we had to set the air conditioning to around 20 degrees Celsius for it to feel cool enough. Environment: The lobby and room ambiance were pleasant – simple, spacious, and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff in the lobby were very friendly. However, during our multi-day stay, the cleaning staff rarely replenished the facial tissues and toilet paper sufficiently, and the room cleaning itself felt rather superficial. We hope that the hotel ensures its service quality, including daily housekeeping standards, is consistently maintained for all guests, regardless of their length of stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They assisted me when checking in and even showed me to the room. The room was far with some turns that got me confused. I think it would be nice if they had more directions guiding one to the elevator. The hotel was in a very good area. I got lost trying to locate it at first because it’s tucked between an apartment building and the Macdonald but was ok after. The breakfast is a bit limited though. They even have little snacks in the room mini fridge for free but I was a little disappointed that I got no coffee in the room. I’d definitely recommend.
