Facilities: As the hotel is relatively new, all the facilities are quite modern. Hygiene: The overall cleanliness was good, and there was no strange odor when we entered the room. However, it was quite warm, and we had to set the air conditioning to around 20 degrees Celsius for it to feel cool enough. Environment: The lobby and room ambiance were pleasant – simple, spacious, and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff in the lobby were very friendly. However, during our multi-day stay, the cleaning staff rarely replenished the facial tissues and toilet paper sufficiently, and the room cleaning itself felt rather superficial. We hope that the hotel ensures its service quality, including daily housekeeping standards, is consistently maintained for all guests, regardless of their length of stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They assisted me when checking in and even showed me to the room. The room was far with some turns that got me confused. I think it would be nice if they had more directions guiding one to the elevator. The hotel was in a very good area. I got lost trying to locate it at first because it’s tucked between an apartment building and the Macdonald but was ok after. The breakfast is a bit limited though. They even have little snacks in the room mini fridge for free but I was a little disappointed that I got no coffee in the room. I’d definitely recommend.
