Qionghai Hotels with Pools

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at on Hainan island. Great service - albeit English only is a challenge; clean and well designed rooms; wonderful amenities: two pools - one shallow, sprawling and great for kids and one facing the ocean; the roof has an open air lounge with a five path foot massage floor which we enjoyed as much as a morning coffee haha. Will be back!

The hotel environment is very good, I visited it twice. It is very comfortable for the elderly to soak in the hot springs. There are many activities in the children's playground. The children had a lot of fun and were reluctant to leave after playing for three consecutive days; I like the front desk butler Nicky for contacting in advance and helping to confirm that the two rooms are next to each other, so that the family can take care of each other. The cleaning aunt is also very careful and serious, and the delivery service is very timely. I also met the marketing director Rebecca when I had breakfast in the restaurant. She was polite and sincere, making people feel at home. The management set a good example, and the restaurant staff provided thoughtful service. I especially want to praise the chef of the breakfast noodle stall. When the guests continued to line up, they were orderly and could remember the noodles of each guest. It was really amazing👍 The dinner was also OK, and the barbecued pork was a bit deducted, but the restaurant manager promptly handled the situation and explained the situation and recommended other dishes. I look forward to the opportunity to check in again next time!

Fabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. For 168, it can feed a family of three, and the service attitude is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high

The hotel services are very good. The hotel has butler service, swimming pools and hot springs, beautiful environment, and the butler Bonnie provided tips and introductions. The manager Shirly was also very enthusiastic when checking in, and took the initiative to arrange a river view room and a children's toiletries set for free. The fireworks time at night is 20:00~20:30, which can be seen in the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very large and there is a hot spring next to it. Unfortunately, I didn't dare to try it at night because it was cloudy and the temperature dropped, but the half-hour fireworks were very spectacular! ! ! In addition, it is very close to Boao Town, you can walk to enjoy the food, and it is also very close to the Mazu Temple, you can walk there, and appreciate the magnificent sea and the gentle river at the junction of Wanquan River and the sea. There is free pick-up at the conference center. The picture is the view outside the window, and I highly recommend staying!

As a nano-level shareholder of COSCO SHIPPING Group, of course I have to support it. I have to give it 5 points. It occupies the best location in Boao, with Yudai Beach at the door. The hotel has been upgraded, and the sea view is almost worth the price. It happened to be the fireworks show in Boao, which lasts half an hour every night from New Year's Eve to Lantern Festival. The service facilities are quite satisfactory, and the breakfast category is not rich enough. Thanks to Ququ and Kinly, I hope COSCO will be stable and long-term, and all sectors of container shipping will be good!

The overall experience of staying in a first-line sea view hotel is good! The room directly faces the sea, you can hear the sound of the sea, and you can see the sea view in a larger range in the room; the room layout is reasonable, neat and clean; the breakfast variety is rich, which is a good level at this level; the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool and a gym, which can be stayed for free; the service is also good.

For a five-star hotel, the price is very fair, the facilities are very new, the scenery is amazing, and you can take a blockbuster photo with just a glance. The housekeeper dudu is very considerate ❤️, and the service is very good. It is worth recommending. If I come to Qionghai again, I will still choose Dongyu Island Hotel.

The hotel we booked together arranged very nice rooms for us. The weather in Hainan is quite warm, the hotel has a great sea view, and the front desk lady is very nice. There is nothing to choose from for this price and this level of hotel, and it also includes a buffet breakfast, which is very cost-effective. The only thing that is not very friendly to tourists is that there is no free laundry and drying. There are so many people and they charge per piece, which is a bit expensive. The front desk lady suggested that we just wash by hand. It is really good to have a large balcony, so that the clothes can be dried the next day.

The hotel looks good, the rooms are large, and the facilities are average. However, the toilets are separated from wet and dry, which is better. The surrounding street lights are very dark at night, and there are many snack streets a short walk away. It is also very convenient to go to the beach. The interior of the hotel has a nice view. It looks quite beautiful during the day. I thought the picture in the promotional photo was a swimming pool, but it turned out to be a landscaped pool. I paid for breakfast, but it's not really worth paying for. It's not bad to just eat outside for the same price.
