On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Take the baby to Qingyuan Chimelong for tourism, the hotel is about half an hour drive from Chimelong. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city government, located on the riverside, with a wide view and beautiful night view; the hotel cafeteria has a good environment, a complete breakfast, and a good service attitude; The hotel room size is also large, and the stay experience is generally good. Bring your baby to Chimelong, you can choose the hotel package, including bus pick-up service.

Room is large, modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Sometimes the wifi signal is good enough to access Whatsapp. There is no English TV channels though. Friendly staff provides great service, esp Ms Fan. They called taxis for us. They gave helpful advices and recommendation. Breakfast spread is a combination of Chinese and Western. However, the latter is limited. Food is yummy and there are some changes in daily breakfast spread.

The room is large and well-equipped. The park has mountains, water and hot springs, which is suitable for family gatherings. The air is fresh and the greenery is dense. The breakfast is rich, and there are also lucky bags and spring couplets activities in spring. It was a pleasant stay!
