The location is good. Few steps away from metro station, GT Plaza. Have nice eating plaza around the hotel. Not far from seaside. The staffs is very friendly and very helpful. The room very clean. Love this hotel. Will stay here again if I visit Qingdao in the future.

The location was great — a short walk away from Yan'an Third Road and the waterfront, as well as a reasonable walk away from Mixc, a large mall. I do wish there were microwaves available

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was really spacious and elegantly decorated. The shower was really big as well. We also liked that there was a fridge in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, very delicious! The hotel is just next to the metro station and also within walking distance to the waterfront, so it’s very convenient to explore and get around the beautiful city.

It was our first time to Qingdao and the staff was wonderful. I lost a lot of my Chinese ability and from a long day, using English was just better. The staff couldn’t speak English well but tried their best to help! The room was nice and clean too. For amenities, I recommend giving one time use shower gels and shampoos.
