The room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

It's located in the city center and it's very convenient for dining out. The efficiency of the front desk service needs to be improved. When checking out, it was said that the deposit would arrive in half an hour. However, the front desk forgot to do it. After a phone call, the deposit was refunded. The same thing happened when I checked in. Around 6pm in the evening, there was only one receptionist. Several groups of guests came over and ignored each other. The first impression was a bit unsatisfactory.
