The hotel was extremely clean with ample space to use all the facilities, always able to sit by the pool or get a drink from the bar without waiting. The jewel in the crown is the amazing spa,the great prices and the best massage ever. I used it lots thank to the spa team for excellent service. A few improvements could be made, some sun loungers need replacing, the alcohol is a bit rough,maybe improve the food offering a little, but it was definitely fantastic value for money. What makes this hotel a winner is the wonderful staff and friendly atmosphere. Mo in the lobby bar, the amazing young man that left me a towel animal daily. Midoor provided great trips and advice saving us money and providing excellent service ( use him, cheaper than the reps), but what made our holiday was the fantastic restaurant team headed up by Manhoud. He looked after us so well and even arranged special food when a family member was unwell ( not hotel related) we looked forward to every meal time. Reception staff great too. It’s probably not quite 5 star just yet in my opinion but the staff make it an amazing experience and I plan to see them all again very soon.

The services at the swimming pool are very excellent, especially the sea. It is very beautiful and clean. The animation team is very excellent and the people are very respectful. The vacation is very nice with them and the parties at night are very excellent. I have to come again.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The price of more than 300 yuan includes three meals, swimming pool and small water park. It is very friendly to friends who don't have a very high budget. But the price determines the quality. The facilities in the room are relatively old. Everyone should have psychological expectations and look at it objectively. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very nice, recommended

I’ve just got back from a 10 night stay at this amazing hotel! This hotel is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I am missing it already! Whilst I was here I spent most the time at the beach as it had a nice breeze and the sea was so warm and there was so much sea life at the pier🐬🐡 I also done the White Island trip with falcon and I saw turtles 🐢 all of the hotel staff are amazing and there is nothing too big for them to do for you they really look after you! The cleaners make your room immaculate and the food in the restaurant is delicious and I highly recommend booking the Italian restaurant! The animation team are so lovely and we made very good friends with them and we went out to the night club with them in the desert which was one of the best nights out I’ve had and we always got us dancing with them at the evening entertainment, we hope they are here when we return next year!

We had a wonderful stay here! The breakfast every morning was fantastic, the view of the bay when you woke up was beautiful! We cant say enough kind words about the staff, we felt like family. Mr. Sammy is beyond the perfect manager and host, Samir was great on the beach, always make sure we had food or drinks and Ziad...we will be friends for life, the best towel designer ever, always having our room clean and making sure we had everything we needed. Mr. Sammy always there to help us, even giving us his personal cell phone number. We can not wait to return and bring our daughter and parents. This is the place to stay!

Really a very good as value compared to money , very friendly and helpful staff , good variety of very tasty food and also the quantity, good modern rooms , good swimming pool with different depth level , the sea is acceptable with some reefs for snorkeling - don't forget your swimming shoe or water shoe , a good + is that the food contain a healthy food corner and a kids food corner with cartoons movies , Thanks again for the staff

We had a great experience at Amwaj Oyoun Resort & ******, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Doaa provided us with wonderful support during our stay, and we were delighted with our amazing sea view room. The lifeguards, Yehia and Mohamed, were very careful and kept a close watch on the kids at the pool, which we greatly appreciated. Bashar from housekeeping was also very attentive, ensuring our room was cleaned and well-maintained to meet our needs. The hotel does an excellent job taking care of the agricultural areas, plants, and landscaping, creating a serene environment. It is a great place for relaxation and meditation. They offer a good variety of food, and we especially enjoyed the special dinner every Monday, which was a nice touch.
