It feels like a vacation here. The snorkeling spot on the hotel beach has more fish than the one at sea, the water is very clean, and there are always vacancies for beach umbrellas every time I go there. The only downside is that there are too many foreign tour groups, and the restaurant is like a food market at mealtime, but the taste is good

Excellent holiday as for years now, the structure is fabulous, the director Magdy a very kind person, is always available !! This year there is also Valtur in the structure with an Italian chef! A show !!

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

I fell in love with this place from the first moment I entered the store. The blue sea is right in front of me. It's super safe to stay in. The hotel can only be used by adults, and there is no noise from children. The restaurant and swimming pool are very suitable for a quiet vacation. The sea view room is very beautiful , Snorkeling is also very convenient, the hotel's luggage service is very good, when we moved to the next hotel, we also provided a paid car delivery service, the price is reasonable and the service is super good, will come again.

My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

First of all, they make you wait until 2 pm. Since everyone gathers to check in at 14:00, there is chaos. No one speaks English at the reception, you have difficulty communicating. When you come to the hotel, it is clean enough, you can find any variety you want, there was food suitable for every culture. The sea was full of colorful fish and coral. It was a very different experience. The pool was big enough. The rooms were cooled by 2-story air conditioners. As for alcohol, the local drinks are not very good, you can drink draft beer. It is enough if you get full board. In general, it was a pleasant hotel.

We had our 2nd stay at the Royal Albatros Moderna over the Christmas period and had another lovely holiday. Again the Hotel was spotless and well maintained, and as we found on our first visit last year all staff we came across were polite and very welcoming, we received excellent service again throughout the Hotel. Christmas Eve was done a little different this year where the Gala dinner was in the Marquee with the celebrations - we didn't enjoy it as much this year with the food in the Marquee, by the time we queued for food and got back to our table the food was cold. We flew back New Years Eve therefore we missed the New Years celebrations. I still think it would be nice to have another heated pool (in the sun) in the winter months away from the activity pool for the guests that prefer it a little quieter. Thank you to all members of staff for helping in giving us another enjoyable Holiday, and also to the front desk/reception/check in for your services. We're already looking to return for Christmas/New Year 2025 with our Sons and their Families. A big shout out to the London Family/Friends who were also returning guests from the previous year. This is an absolutely amazing resort that is very clean and in a lovely location with a beautiful beach and stunningly beautiful coral reef right outside your hotel room. The food was great with plenty to choose from so you definitely wont go hungry! Huge drinks selection also :) But what really made it for me was the incredible staff throughout the whole complex, especially the entertainment staff.. they go above and beyond for you and even work outside of their hours to help guests. Plenty of activities and plenty of excursions to chose from. Beautiful scenes and amazing people. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Look out for the animation team including Zarina, Regina and Hamdy. They will make sure you won’t get bored! I can’t wait to go back!😁

During our stay at Charmillion Aqua Park, we were truly touched by the incredible energy and warmth of the animation team. They made every moment special, filling our days with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories. Among them, Habiba stood out as an absolute star—her kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for making guests feel welcome and entertained were beyond exceptional. She had a way of bringing joy to everyone around her, making our experience truly magical. We are so grateful for her efforts and the entire team’s dedication. There are some great people working here. Nothing is too much trouble. The room cleaning is incredible. The chap who cleans the rooms at the back part of the hotel is so kind. The staff work very hard to look after guests. (Some guests are not always grateful). The animation team are super. Mu mu and Ali are kind and keep it all bobbing along. We had a great stay.
