The location is not very convenient, far from the center and this is the cost of a taxi. The food is monotonous. Rescues the aqua park and the internal restaurant. Was 5 nights on the 4th night began to drip the ceiling did not solve the problem. The internet worked intermittently. Bar with 100% cocktails. I put 4 out of 5. It doesn’t roll for 5 stars.

Hotels ground were nice and pleasant, bar staff unfriendly, drink very poor and food is not nice. The hotel is full of Russians and the food is catered for them tasteless and bland the staff in the restaurant became rude and abusive when he saw me taking photos asking for a drink at the bar is a task which the bar staff begrudge serving you with no manners and lastly the food was terrible we cut our seven day trip short and moved to a more suitable hotel

From start to finish this hotel could not do enough for us!! We travelled as a group of friends and we were looked after the whole week! We had an excellent welcome at reception who showed us everything we would need and took our cases to the room and stayed with us until we were settled in! Our room attendant mustafa was amazing the whole week he cleaned our room, looked after us and made love hearts out of towels for us most days! We travelled with a lady who was gluten free and the chef was incredible with her making sure she had plenty of food everyday to eat! Thank you!! The waiters in the restaurant are brilliant always smiling and very busy especially Ahmed he was always smiling and helpful! Mateo and the entertainment team always kept us busy with aqua gym and evening entertainment! The pool bar Abanoub always made us cocktails and made sure we always had drinks and was well looked after! The japenese restaurant was incredible!! This is a must!! This hotel is beautiful, clean and perfect for anyone’s stay at sharm! Was my first visit to Egypt and I will definitely be back! They can not do enough for you here!! Thank you charmillion for everything during our stay we have had the best time, felt safe and was well looked after!! Perfect way to spend a week in December in the sunshine!

Beautiful structure, staff responsive, food great and everything perfect. Hotel next door accessible and the waterslides were amazing. Every evening they have a different theme in the restaurant and so far a grill outside with something great. Guest services Martina has been amazing helping me arrange the celebration for my husband's birthday here, and has had great tips to make things run smoothly - in a chill fashion. Much appreciated!

The hotel is very clean. It's a vast complex with access to the two other sister hotels. The food was ok. The drinks were normal for an eygptian all inclusive. But I paid extra for heineken with was egp80. Per bottle, which was good value. The rooms were nice a big and very clean. The beach was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite.

Just amazing hotel we ever stayed in! We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends! All the stuff is super helpful, hardworking and kind. Housekeeping department - huge respect for your effort, you guys are great! Having chefs, who cooked for us fish outside were amazing and always friendly! Regarding SPA, thanks to Mr. Mo who helped us a lot with everything, it was a pleasure. Massage and SPA is exceptional. Must visit if you are there. Variety of food is huge, we had fish every meal except breakfast. All the restaurants Alacarte are amazing as well! Thanks for this unforgettable vacation with Charmilion Club Resort! The hotel is amazing and the staff is great. The room is very clean and cute. Everyone is very kind. The food is delicious, the pool is good and the sea the best thing ever. The experiences that we made have been amazing and very well organized..

Excellent hotel with great customer service. The staff are very friendly & will do anything for you. Makes the stay very relaxing & enjoyable. Can definitely recommend this hotel to others. Plenty of choice with the food & it was our friends 60th birthday so they put on a special meal for us to celebrate.

What a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Check in was really quick and shown swiftly to our room as arrived late in the evening this was great. Room was clean, lovely big bed, towels changed every day. The bathroom could do with a bit of updating. Restaurant staff really attentive, drinks brought to your table and tables cleared very quickly. Food was ok found something most days but very repetitive but that’s all inclusive. Breads were amazing best I’ve had when abroad. The guys in the lobby bar thank you for your amazing service you made our holiday so special nothing was ever to much trouble.

What a Wonderful Week at the Charmillion Club Resort. Hotel is lovely, really clean and friendly. Food is better than other European (short haul) all-inclusive. Drinks are local brands, and are fine. Cocktails are not the best, but ok, if you like anything, really sweet. The only issue I had was the limited diet drinks. There was only diet coke available, but this ran out, so I struggled for a couple of days as cannot drink full sugar so bought cans of coke zero. Hotel is located in Nabq bay, nothing really n walking distance but Naama bay is only £20 return in a taxi or Soho Square £10 return, but we were happy to be a bit more remote. The staff are incredible and can't do enough to help, big shout out to Hassan- life guard and Romany in the lobby bar, both went the extra mile but all.staff were amazing! We visited 2 of the Al a carte restaurants- French and seafood, both were lovely and included in a 1 week stay. Our room was great with views of the pool and part sea view, our room attendant- Ramadan, was lovely and very attentive, we loved coming back to different towel animals everyday. If you have limited mobility you might have problems as it is quite hilly and stairs, I couldn't see lift access. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you so everyone at the Charmillion Club Resort

We stayed in charmillion club resort hotel from February, 16th until February 19th. Although it was quite a short stay, we enjoyed it a lot. Peter, the administrator, was very friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is close to the sea, rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly and animators are very great! Food is very nice, would definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples.

Very nice and helpful staff, very good food and very clean overall. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. They also have very good music at the pool. Only negative thing I have to say is that the rooms may seem a bit worn down in some places, but nothing to trouble your stay here. I really recommend this resort.
