The best place for families vacation. Near alamanda and the room is not only a bedroom. This is a house!!

Easy check in + room upgrade process. Breakfast was good and the place is nearby Alamanda mall. Nephew really had fun at the swimming pool.

Hotel okay, location okay, lift pun laju je cuma jaga kaunter tak alert, saya ada tambah sehari lagi dan request bilik yang sama, dua kali datang kaunter utk confirm. last last card tak boleh pakai. dah penat jalan2 putrajaya nak terus masuk bilik, dah kena tggu 20minit settle kan card.

Staying with 9 months old baby ,provided boby kot.The room is big with kitchen ,washing machine.the service is very good unfortunately the cleanliness of the aircond is below satisfaction . The hotel do have buffet and a supermarket and opposite is the alamanda putrajaya.

The room is very spacious and the hotel had all the amenities that were needed. Located conveniently in the middle of 2 shopping malls. Plenty of food options and lifestyle outlets. The only thing they could be improved is to provide a water cooler on every floor as advertised. There wasn't one on our floor.

Our 2nd time here. We began to love this apartment. Everything is perfect, clean huge rooms and complete kitchenette. Washer and dryer too! Breakfast were plenty spread out, staffs are well trained. Walking distance to Alamanda Mall. Will definitely come again.

Spacious room.. They have own living room with TV.. Fridge, rice cooker, washing machine.. Basically a house.. With 2 room and 1 bathroom.. Comfortable.. Good price for what u get..

The hotel is great for the price. The location is perfect if you just want to hang around in the hotel as it is linked to a mall next door. There is plenty of food choice downstairs such as sukiya as well as their own restaurant volcano shabu shabu. The unit is big and clean although the bedsheet do have some old stains. It is however quite disappointing that the supposedly 'king bed' is not really a king bed like you get at other hotels. I think it is just a queen bed. Not very big. They also have kitchen space and provide cooking utensils. However, it is worth to note that the utensils provided (e.g. cup, fork, spoon etc) is not very clean although it is nearly arranged in the drawer. You are advised to bring your own dish soap if you plan to eat in the unit as it is not provided. It is also nice that they provide so much drinking water enough for 2 days stay as well as teabag & coffee. The service is just okay. The receptionist at the counter need to be trained better at communicating with guest. I arrived quite early at around 12:30pm-1pm and requested to register (only register not check in) for the room early. I went to eat sukiya afterwards and came back at around 2pm to check into my room. The receptionist told me that 'Actually we cannot check you in early however since you have arrived, I will just let you check in'' and also ask me if I see the option to check in early & check out late when I book the hotel (I did not see/notice any btw). It is quite funny for her to say that as I've been to few other hotels with 4 to 5 star rating and they are all okay for guest to check in early, even as early as 1pm as long as the room is ready at no charge. I mean, if you're going to let me check in early then you do lah, if the room is not ready then just tell me not ready yet. That's it lah. No need to say anything else. Besides that, check in and check out process is just okay. I checked out at around 11pm the next day although I booked for two night stays as I have a flight to catch.
