Love the location which far from the crowd but near when you want to find japanese dinner and convenient store. Love the ofuro, relax and feels like in japan

- The water in your hotel room is not portable. Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them. - I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food. - Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

Spacious room and clean. The staffs were helpfull. Many trees outside, doesn't feel like in karawang. Near by Golf Coutse Palm Spring, like very much.

On a business trip, I stayed in the hotel... There is a golf course next to it, and the hotel is relatively quiet, completely isolated from the surrounding downtown area. I ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant downstairs of the hotel on weekends

This hotel is really suitable for families who want to have a comfortable vacation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with complete facilities. Children are also very happy because there is a swimming pool that is quite large and well maintained. Japanese standard toilet, with a very spacious offura and sauna… The breakfast is very varied, with a choice of menus that are suitable for all ages, both for children and adults. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful when we need something. The location is quite strategic and quiet even though it is next to the toll road but far from the noise, so it provides a relaxing atmosphere. With a comfortable atmosphere and satisfying service, Hotel Delonix Karawang is the right choice for a family vacation. Will definitely stay here again!

Not recommended, not recommended, the price/performance ratio is extremely low, the hotel facilities are old, and the hair dryer is very weak. There is nothing around, and it is inconvenient to buy and eat. I didn't dare to go out to eat at night, so I ate at the hotel restaurant all the time. I ate until I vomited, and the breakfast was the same every day, exactly the same. I went to the restaurant once to order a meal delivery service to the room. The food that was delivered was wrapped in plastic wrap with a hole. When I received the food, I felt a little disgusted and didn't dare to eat it. There were three of us in three rooms. In the middle, we met compatriots who were on a business trip. They all lived in a hotel called Resinda, opposite the big shopping mall. We originally wanted to change there, but we were too lazy to pack our luggage. The back of Resinda was full, and we couldn't book it in the end.

It is still a very good hotel in Indonesia. I basically stay there every time I go there.
