I used it on my first business trip to Pune. It's close to the airport and shopping malls, so I felt it was very convenient. The room was spacious enough for one person and was clean. I felt sorry that there were no slippers. I was hoping for something a little more Western for breakfast, but I was disappointed by the lack of options as it was mostly Indian food. However, it was convenient and clean, so I would like to use it again on my next business trip to Pune.

I had booked executive room. Room and cleaning was ok. Most of 3 star hotels provides water bottel, tea coffee catel, tea, sugar, milk powder pouch etc. Though ritz charges more than 3000 per day no water bottel, tea coffee catel, tea, cofer, sugar, milk powder pouch etc. They gives option to ode r tea from their restaurant and charges rs. 110 for pot tea. It comes with tea about 4 person. If only one member requires tea, remaining is waste of money. When i asked for warm water to drink as we had cold, room attendant brought totally normal water in jar telling that it is warm. For hot water in bathroom you have to keep tap open about 5-10 minutes during that time 4-5 buckets water get wasted. Said water accumulate in bathroom as drainage was blocking by said water. In morning adjacent room guest 308 kept door open, tv was on with high volume. Food was good but too expensive in comparison to taste. Except location near railway station nothing special to visit again. If you have other option don't think to stay there.

Hotel facilities in general, the environment is general, the hotel location is quite good, suitable for business travel, the room is fairly clean, the comprehensive experience is not bad, you can go out to find food.

The property is really worth staying for the traveller who values their money. It provides all the facilities which are essential in a decent way. The location- Centra. Surroundings-Amazing.

Fantastic stay! highly recommend i recently had the pleasure of staying at, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.

I visited this hotel ***** with my mother. We were only two ladies but still we felt safe and secure. Staff was helpful, room was comfortable, location wise also it is pretty close to the station. Food was also good but it is overpriced, they should work on the rates for the food
