Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

Our stay in ritz was awesome. Also convent from the sassoon hospital, where my wife works. Good service, good food and rooms are also great. It feels like british era. Just food is a bit costly. But overall i would like to give four and half star for ritz. Thank you.

Hotel facilities in general, the environment is general, the hotel location is quite good, suitable for business travel, the room is fairly clean, the comprehensive experience is not bad, you can go out to find food.

I recently stayed, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish being fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The room service was efficient, and meals arrived on time. The housekeeping team maintained a spotless room throughout my stay, always responding to requests promptly and ensuring i had everything i needed. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth while offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, the combination of excellent food, top-notch housekeeping, and friendly, attentive service made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Shantai hotel in pune will be excellent choice for both business trips and leisure tours. Located only 3 km away from railway station, on a road which is not that much crowded. Rooms are excellent with all the modern facilities, check in check out process is lightning quick, room service is top notch, complimentary breakfast is too good(although options are limited) and the restaurant and cafe serve lip smacking food. Overall this hotel has everything that a guest wants. Price is not that high also. I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who are planning to visit pune.

But specifically, i would like to thank Mr Sanjay Singh sir, the general manager. He is gem of a person, and a true icon for all other staff. Other staff take inspiration from him. I would also like to thank Mr. Pramod. For me he is the highlight of the hotel. So soft spoken, so polite, so down to earth, and a true brand ambassador for the hotel. Lastly, i would like to thank mr. Ozha from the bell office. He always received me well when i arrived at the hotel, and always proactively helped me with my bags. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The highlight of this hotel is the staff here and the service you get. Fast, efficient, proactive, prompt service, every time. That too with a smile. The rooms are great. They are well-maintained, big, comfortable and luxurious. The bathrooms are also awesome, with luxurious bath amenities. The facilities at the hotel are endless. From huge pool to squash court, from pool table to lounge to children play area. All facilities of club are available to customers staying here, which is great. You wouldn't have to worry about your fitness here, they have enough facilities. The housekeeping staff is great. They clean the room well, they try to accommodate all requests, they are fast. And they do their job with a smile. Overall, i had an absolutely amazing stay here. I would recommend anyone coming to pune to stay at this hotel.

I was searching for multiple hotels within budget considering season. Got this and it was nice and pleasant stay. The staff was courteous and friendly. Prompt service. Definitely recommend and will try to go again.
