Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. 1 The network is very bad, often disconnected from the network can not bear. 2 The room is quite old, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and the rest is not good at night. 3 The outside environment is very good, but what is the use? Not sleeping outside. 4He belongs to Marriott Group, but Marriott members have no rights to book here, and I don't know why Marriott cooperates with such an old hotel.

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

The service was an absolute standout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to when I checked out, the care I received from service staff was unparalleled. The room was huge and beautiful too, the only downside are the filthy windows, probably time for some window cleaning. Location was alright, other than a small but upscale mall beside the hotel there was nothing much, but since I was there for business it was fine.

Luxury Hotel with great location.Breakfast is superb.Vibe inside the resort is good.Rooftop restaurent is amazing in the night.Good for 1night stay with kids.Will surely revisit.

Amazing everything

Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.
