La peor experiencia en un hotel poblano. Reservé una junior suite, llegué 2:45 y estando la habitación lista no nos dejaron pasar porque el acceso es a las 3, cuando abrimos la puerta no era lo que había reservado, peleamos una hora con el personal grosero y pésimamente preparado y terminaron poniendo un sofá cama, sin sábanas, para cubrir su error. La habitación tenía humedad, el baño y las sábanas moho. No es un hotel boutique, es solo un hotel más del centro con pretensiones, el edificio pudo ser “bonito” pero el personal lo acaba de hundir. Para colmo llegamos a las 2am y tuvimos que tocar la puerta 15 minutos en la calle sola y oscura antes de que Ia recepcionista nos abriera, de mal modo por despertarla. Es sin duda el peor lugar en el que me he quedado en Puebla.

El hotel es bonito, sus habitaciones parecen cómodas sin embargo es imposible descansar. En la planta alta tiene una terraza/ restaurante/ bar con música a todo volumen y charlas así como carcajadas hasta la madrugada. A las 5:00 am ya estaban haciendo ruido en las instalaciones del hotel, el elevador solo funciona a veces, los lavabos están tapados así que todo se queda ahí flotando, nunca tuvimos agua caliente y al salir nos dijeron que debemos abrir la llave del lavabo para luego abrir la regadera! No teníamos papel de baño y lo llevaron al día siguiente, el frigobar no enfría, el ventilador tampoco y la plancha para la ropa estaba quemada así que mancha las prendas. Lo rescatable es que la catedral y el zócalo están cruzando la calle

Excelente hotel y excelente ubicacion
Hotel espectacular, en frente de la catedral de Puebla.
Atencion excelente del personal del hotel.
Estacionamiento (con descuento en convenio) a 5 minutos caminando.
La habitacion numero 1 es muy amplia, con vista increible a la catedral, y una tina muy comoda y relajante.

Pesimo servicio
El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, no cuenta con estacionamiento y hay que pagar 80 pesos (asi lo dice ña polotica del hotel) pero solo ampara de 8 de la noche a 8 de la.mañana y las hora fuera de ese horario hay que pagarlas lo cual no se dice en las politicas y servicio del hotel. Se le comento al gerente y no dio solucion solo se dio a la tarea de modificar sus politicas publicadas

Irresponsables y faltos de respeto en el hotel.
El Hitel estuvo cerrado el día de ayer y NO pudimos mi familia y yo realizar un check in que nos permitiera dejar encargado nuestro equipaje y aunque sea utilizar los sanitarios generales para cambiarnos de ropa para el compromiso que teníamos. ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE me envió mensaje alguno de problemas para entrar al hotel. Pésima experiencia, más aún cuando es un hotel en el que ya habíamos estado. A las 19:21 de la noche recibí una llamada al parecer del hotel pero mi familia y yo estábamos en el evento familiar al que habíamos ido. Pésima experiencia, NUNCA volveré a reservar en ese hotel y si pediré me reembolsen mi pago que no fue nada barato.

Needs Improvement
The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out.
