El lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.

Excellent hotel located right in the heart of Puebla downtown. The room was clean and the service at the front desk was courteous and prompt. This is really one of the best values in Puebla and would definitely recommend for anyone travelling on a slightly tighter budget!

A well located hotel in Puebla. We were a bit disappointed that our room had no window - just a glass door facing into the corridor. However, the room was fine and I managed to use the gym too which had a good range of equipment. There’s probably nicer hotels in Puebla but nothing wrong with this one if you are just backpacking through the area like us.

Before I forget there’s a restaurant almost next door where we had 2 of the best meals of our Mexican road trip. Hotel is in a great location (next to the amazing Mexican restaurant) also the many historic area sights. Room was nice. Reception just ok. Parking a bit of a pain but ok.

Como el review anterior, una vez llegas, te hacen check in, cobro y todo, y luego al subir al cuarto te dicen que el aire esta averiado pero que lo arreglan en 15 minutos. Luego de eso dicen que todo el hotel esta sin aire por un problema de un interruptor, lo cual es imposible ya que son unidades individuales. Advertidos.

Accueil correct mais non chaleureux, peu d'attention et de compréhension. Dans la chambre, pas de fenêtre, non précisé à la commande. Manque de piles dans le coffre fort. Signalées. Non fait. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Manque de communication, de relations humaines . Les personnes à l'accueil font le minimum. Je ne recommande pas ce lieu.
