Una muy linda, armónica y agradable experiencia. El hotel temático andate aparte de estar super céntrico, la experiencia es formidable. Viaje con mi mamá y mi abue y realmente lo disfrutamos mucho! Muchas felicidades a todos por su atención y buen servicio

El hotel está bonito, pero si llevas vehiculo será una mala experiencia para tí, porque el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento y si quieres guardar tu carro te lo cobran a parte y no es estacionamiento 24 horas, una vez que sacas tu carro ya no lo puedes volver a guardar durante el día, debes encontrar otro estacionamiento y pagar las horas que lo dejes guardado porque solo te lo guardan en las noches en el hotel. Las habitaciones están bonitas, aunque la suite beethoven tiene la cama emposada, pero si tienes agua caliente y las pocas personas con las que cuenta el hotel, si tratan de que tu estancia sea agradable. En general no volvería a este hotel porque hay hoteles mejores con estacionamiento 24 horas y más baratos.

We had 3 lovely nights in this sweet and unique Andante Hotel. The location is perfect, just a block from the Zocalo, in the heart of the historic district. The rooms were generous, comfortable and clean. The music theme was really appreciated, and since we were in the Bach Room, we took advantage of the record player and stack of vinyl, which made our stay really special. The only drawback was the poor quality of the breakfast. We would love to return to Puebla and the Andante someday, but we would not pay for the breakfast. Much better options in the neighborhood.

The hotel is nice overall, the music concept is very interesting, the only big problem that rooms are not clean. The bed-clothes were covered with some stains and marks and it was just disgusting. The floor was dirty and dusty with shoes marks on it. So don’t have much to say but the stay was a bit spoiled by that

Hotel ubicado en el mismo centro histórico cerca de museo, monumentos y iglesias, la habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. Los empleados todos son muy amables y dispuestos en ayudarte en todo. El desayuno es tipo continental y suficiente para empezar el dia.

Muy agradable toda una experiencia, cómodo, limpio y buen trato. Cerca de museos restaurantes galerías y el zócalo. Las habitaciones muy silenciosas y cómodas. El hotel tiene políticas de sustentabilidad como recipientes de shampoo , jabón , crema corporal y sin botellas de agua en el primer piso hay un garrafón que se puede rellenar con los vasos de vidrio.

Très bel hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien placé. Arrivée personnalisée (chaque chambre évoque un compositeur différent)… Par contre, le personnel tourne (étudiants?), indifférent. Lorsque nous avons rendu la clef, pas un mot, pas un signe!.. La chambre est propre, standard. 2 grandes serviettes et une petite (usée) dans la mini salle de bains.
