Prima hotel in het historische centrum van Puebla. Leuke stad om te wandelen met mooie kerken, markjes en veel winkeltjes. Hotel prima geregeld, wifi, gratis auto parkeren, mooi uitzicht over de stad. Op de hoek van de straat zit Starbucks voor een lekker bakkie koffie echt een geweldige lokatie. El restaurante ofrece variedad de desayunos, me pareció adecuada la relación calidad-precio. Plato principal a elección. Se incluye pan o tortillas, mantequilla, mermelada, café, jugo. Es una buena opción en el centro de la ciudad. Disfruta de Puebla porque: La VIDA....es un VIAJE!

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones seguras, el restaurante muy conveniente con comida muy rica y buenos precios. el servicio en el mismo fue excelente
Al llegar al hotel no tenían registrada la reservación y el trato de la recepcionista dejó mucho que desear, con mala actitud y trato, regresé horas después a la hora del check in, nos dieron una habitación que no estaba limpia, nos cambiaron a otra con características diferentes a las solicitadas, al siguiente día hicieron la limpieza después de las 4 pm, quisimos quedarnos una noche más y fueron poco amables, no nos confirmaron con tiempo, decidimos irnos a otro hotel

Muy amables y honestos, me cobraron de más y al darse cuenta me llamaron para que se hiciera el cargo correcto, muy limpio y de hecho de igual forma nos hicieron cambio de cuarto porque lo habían fumigado y olía muy fuerte, eso sí es muy tardado el servicio al cuarto.

Es un lugar centrico a costos accesibles. Lo unico es el estacionamiento, aunque hay ballet parking es muy incomodo tener que dejar y pedir que te traigan tu auto a la puerta. El estacionamiento es muuuy pequeño y muy empinado y justamente por eso el ballet parking lo tiene que estar moviendo. Ademas, algunos detalles de limpieza, una de las sabanas tenia una pequeña mancha, lo cual evidencía que no se lavo bien. Y los elevadores si dan un poco de pendiente, pues hacen ruidos raros al dubir y bajar, ademas de que son pequeños pues mas de 4 personas ya es un poco "sardina" y si tomas en cuenta equipaje, pues menos espacio. pues el hotel ya es un poco antiguo. Pero dentro de todo, pues muy centrico para quedarse en el corazon del centro historico.
