The hotel is very close to the central square and has a nice and clean lobby and restaurant. However, the contrast between the room and the lobby is quite large, especially in the bathroom. The basin is placed on a piece of glass. When the faucet is turned on, the water flows directly to the glass table and then leaks to the floor. It is simply unusable.

La atención de la gente, así como su ubicación, excelentes. Sin embargo, el hotel empieza a verse viejo. Adicional, sólo nos dejaban una botella de agua, a pesar de que éramos dos personas, y un hubo un par de días que no dejaron botella.

El NH Puebla Centro Histórico, se encuentra a pocas cuadras del Zócalo y Catedral. Su ubicación es excelente. El hotel es moderno. Su personal está atento a todos los detalles. Las habitaciones son super amplias y muy luminosas. Cuenta con ameniries. El baño es muy espacioso. La limpieza tanto de las habitaciones como del hotel en general, es óptima. El desayuno es super completo y se sirve hasta las 12 del mediodía. El restaurant sirve platos típicos de la comida Poblana. Si vas en la temporada de Los Chiles en Nogada, no dejes de probarlos. Cuenta también con una piscina en la terraza con una linda vista. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

El NH Puebla Centro Histórico tiene una excelente ubicación, puedes llegar a pie a todos los puntos interesantes para ver y conocer en la ciudad, tiene parking con lo que me permitió llegar con el auto y luego andar a pie por todos lados. El desayuno muy completo, con platos calientes tanto típicos Mexicanos como internacionales. Con una isla de cocción con lo que puedes pedir algo a tu gusto en el momento. Por la noche el restaurant ofrece una carta con platos Poblanos que nos resultaron exquisitos. Sobre todo Los Chiles en Nogada que fueron increiblemente sabrosos , así como el resto de platos con sus Moles Poblanos. La habitación muy confortable y espaciosa con un gran ventanal. El baño muy limpio, caja fuerte, frigobar, cafe, sillón etc en definitiva muy cómodo todo. Contento con la atención y una óptima relación precio/calidad ... Sin duda volveremos a este hotel cada vez que nos volvamos por Puebla
