The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

Hotel de lujo, muy céntrico, el personal muy amable, la comida del restaurante exquisita. Venir acá es un MUST si uno viene a Puebla. Ya sea venir en temporada de chiles en nogada, por un viaje de negocios, por viaje con pareja, con lo que sea, siempre es muy buena idea quedarte en este hotel

A really nicely restored hotel - albeit some way out of town. Public areas are attractively done - lots of small courtyards - it’s easy to get lost. Our main problem was the room were given which was directly below a generator on the roof making it impossible to sleep. We moved rooms around midnight - not ideal. The hotel seemed surprised we requested a move - they must have had this complaint before! Breakfast was fine - although service was very slow!
