Good clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

In order to see the ball is convenient, walking distance from the stadium, the surrounding can find free parking space, the room is quite atmospheric, go to the palace, the main scenic area can take a taxi about 6 euros, or take the bus, but also drive, but parking near the scenic spot

This property has good potential but really needs refurbishment / modernization in the common areas. For starters, there are 2 small elevators which work independently, so 1950s. Hallways are dark (hallway lights off in the evening after housekeeping is finished) and fire extinguishers are hanging from the wall every few feet rather inside a cabinet into the wall. The rooms themselves are fine and comfortable with 2 main problems, (1) so few electrical outlets (none are free without unplugging lamp or something) and of course USB outlets would be nice these days, and (2) only ALL SPANISH TV and Radio which is unfriendly to the many foreign guests across Europe and elsewhere ... not a Marriott standard I am sure. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast spread. A good stay but needs improvements.

Well where do I start🤔 I felt like I was on a set for Mamma Mia in the courtyard 🥰 Beautiful room, Right in the heart of the old town, Clean,Quiet, and Great staff (Daniel was great with recommendations & so helpful. Thank you) Nothing was any trouble. Free session in the hot tub overlooking the cathedral, lovely to sit in the courtyard early for a morning coffee & outside terrace for a drink early evening to watch the world go by x Good breakfast ( although layout is in completely wrong place) too small an area for multiple guests. Great places on doorstep to eat, drink and have fun. Definitely will go back to hotel👌

This is a fairly budget hotel, in a really great location in the centre of Seville. We parked in the car park suggested by the hotel, and it was a short 5 - 10 minute walk to the hotel with our bags. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke good English. The room was basic, but clean. Twin beds, comfortable, standard en suite bathroom. We knew we had a room with a window to 'an internal courtyard', but that's a bit of a stretch! It was a VERY small 'courtyard', probably just a couple of metres square, and you couldn't see the sky. However that wasn't a problem as we knew what we'd paid for! There was air conditioning in the room and a small fridge with a free 2l bottle of water. We had an excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe in the morning. We paid for parking before we left and saved about 6 euros on the 24 hour ticket. All in all a great place to stay to explore Seville.

We were disappointed with the location of the hotel because it is a little bit away from the city center. That is not the hotels fault though, it was probably something we over looked. Having said that, the hotel is quite efficient and decent for a few nights stay. We arrived and had a few issues on check in (our request for 2 rooms on the same floor and with showers vs bath tubs) had not been addressed. The receptionist said it was because ******* had not sent them the requests. The manager on duty, Nieves, was very helpful in resolving both matters. The superior rooms are basic but spacious, clean and neat. Housekeeping does a good job too. The hotel was extremely busy while we were there with families and groups. The breakfast offering was good and everything was self service. The ere were hot and cold options. There is parking available at this hotel. All in all a decent hotel.
