Outstanding
GGuest UserVery new hotel with a great rooftop pool and a small but effective gym. Rooms were modern, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, have a drink and soak up the sun. Unfortunately the service from hotel staff and housekeeping was mixed. We had 2 rooms, one was cleaned well, but the other was not. One room they replenished tea bags, changed towels and swept the floor. The other they did not and left the floor dirty. It was odd as the two rooms were next to each other. Attentiveness of reception staff was also mixed. Some were very responsive, others did not acknowledge hotel guests or were aloof and unhelpful.
Ultimately we had a good stay and enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the city centre. It was, however, disappointing that the service of some staff/some cleanliness aspects, did not match the cost of the hotel, which was as expensive as a 5 star; not value for money.
CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

AAriauuaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.
BbinconThis is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip. It is very close to the attractions and within ten minutes' walk to the palace and the church. The room is large and spacious, and the staff is very enthusiastic and responsible. The hotel is very distinctive and the elevator is very simple. The breakfast is very good, the dining environment is beautiful and there are many choices. The luggage will be delivered to the room. It is also very convenient to go out for a walk at night. It is very safe. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserLocation is a 20mins walk to the city center, simple buffet breakfast, friendly receptionist. Room is simple and basic, most importantly it was clean. Microwave and water cooler available for use at the cafe located next to the lobby. 10mins walk away from Santa Justa station
GGuest UserVery good hotel, the service staff in the lobby are very friendly, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a smell when you first enter the room. Overall it is OK
GGuest UserThere are two reasons for choosing this hotel: ① It is close to the scenic spots, there are many restaurants nearby, and the scenery of the alleys on the road is beautiful; ② The price is affordable for one night with breakfast included; Disadvantages: Because the hotel is in the alleys of the old town, the car cannot go directly, and you need to push the luggage on the stone steps for 3-5 minutes (this should be considered in the price). The decoration of the lobby has a bit of Middle-earth style (there is an armored knight); opposite the hotel is a small restaurant. When we first arrived, the diners were happily playing the piano and singing (it was still very quiet when the restaurant was closed at bedtime); For those who get up late, although the breakfast has few choices, it is rich in taste (there are whole fruits), and I went to buy a few more pieces of ham sausage after eating; Because there is a lot of data, I didn’t use the hotel WiFi, but there was no problem with data. Looking through the photos of Seville on my phone, I will miss this passionate and colorful city.

GGuest UserWonderful stay! Very clean environment. Each room has its own bathroom. Unlike bunk beds, you don’t feel the movement of your bunk mate because of how sturdy the compartments are built. Bed has high headspace so doesn’t feel suffocating at all and has adequate lighting. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for its cost-performance ratio!

Hhappiest_girlThe hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

Very Good
沈沈高輝Originally I felt racial discrimination, but later I felt that it maybe a misunderstanding. Because the attitude and service were good with the same lady.
Advantages: a department store just in the opposite side, my wife bought the channel cosmetics for her old cosmetics almost been
gone with the same brand and the staff's service was very good when I requested tax-refund. A small supermarket just beside the hotel.
Disadvantage: it is very hard to park the car, we hadbto park far away from the hotel.
