We stayed in Pisa for one night. The communication with the hotel was excellent even though I reserved the room just a few minutes before arriving. The staff was wonderful, both at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. Based on the Staff's recommendation we found also a great restaurant nearby. The breakfast was very nice, good quality local products, the check-in and out process was fast, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

4 STELLE REGALATE. Mi spiace ma devo ammettere che questa struttura ha di buono solo la posizione. Ad un primo sguardo lo stabile si presenta bene immerso nella natura. Ha la piscina, il parco giochi per i bimbi, parcheggio coperto, ecc ecc. Poi pero scopri che le camere hanno un arredo che dire datato è riduttivo (camere però pulite). Il buffet della colazione è decisamente povero di prodotti e di qualità (marmellate che trovo in un qualsiasi b&b di fascia bassa, mini brioche insapori, frutta insesiste, parte salata nemmeno il minimo indispensabile), senza nemmeno le diciture degli antiallergenici, con una presentazione e disposizione da mensa. I muri scrostati e l'arredo della sala anch'esso datato. La piscina bella ma con pavimentazione completamente rotta e ombrelloni anneriti dal tempo. il gestore del bar in piscina simpatico e alla mano. Parcheggio coperto si ma pieno di buche nello sterrato, erba attorno mai tagliata e attrezzature varie buttate o appoggiate dove capita. La cura del dettaglio non è di casa. Non posso dire nulla del personale in quanto non ho avuto modo di interagire se non al check. Mi spiace perchè potrebbe avere un valore adeguato alla cifra che io comunque vado a pagare come hotel 4 stelle, ma è tutto lasciato in dregrado. Dalle 4 stelle mi apetto ed esigo il servizio ed il locale da 4 stelle.
