Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Brand new hotel just well placed near to all the best in providência. Waking distance to Costanera shopping mall, and easy and quick access from/to airport by taxi or subway.

Santiago is a small Europe in South America. The hotel is very vibey, 5 minutes walk to the tallest building in Chile. There are French restaurants with great value for money around (you have to queue). The hotel is clean. The breakfast is average. But it feels like a vacation.

The girl at the front desk was a little bit disappointing. She booked a big bed but was given a prenatal check-up. The hotel itself is not bad, clean and sanitary. There are many good restaurants nearby. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room.

There is a water purifier on each floor, you can get water at any time; the front desk service is very good; but the breakfast is too monotonous and basically does not change

It's not good, but not bad. It's not been open for long, and you can smell the odor left after the renovation when you enter the room. The location is good, and I saw several tour groups staying there, so the flow of people is quite large.

The hotel lobby has a microwave to heat food and provides hot water. The king-size room is large and spacious, and there are many types of breakfast. The location is excellent. Just a short walk downstairs is the subway and Wall Street Charging Bull. It is downtown in downtown.

The room is clean and spacious, and the location is excellent, close to shopping centers and leisure parks. The surrounding area is relatively safe and belongs to a relatively high-end area. Overall, the price-performance ratio is high.

I had 200 dollars and 200 euros stolen from me in this hotel. The money and my underwear, socks and other private clothing were still stolen. I am 100% sure that this was done by the hotel staff. It is unbelievable.
