Good location and services. Cleanliness could have been better as dust on doors etc

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Brand new hotel just well placed near to all the best in providência. Waking distance to Costanera shopping mall, and easy and quick access from/to airport by taxi or subway.

Santiago is a small Europe in South America. The hotel is very vibey, 5 minutes walk to the tallest building in Chile. There are French restaurants with great value for money around (you have to queue). The hotel is clean. The breakfast is average. But it feels like a vacation.

The hotel is located in the new city, relatively safe, a few minutes walk to Sky Center, convenient restaurants around, and a 10-minute walk to the subway. Suitable for business trips

This hotel is new, clean and sanitary. It is very close to the subway and shopping mall, which is very convenient. The shower has a large amount of water, which is great!

The girl at the front desk was a little bit disappointing. She booked a big bed but was given a prenatal check-up. The hotel itself is not bad, clean and sanitary. There are many good restaurants nearby. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room.

The environment is good, the hotel facilities are very new, the location is very good, it is convenient to various attractions in the city center, and the hygiene is good, but the breakfast variety is relatively small.

It's not good, but not bad. It's not been open for long, and you can smell the odor left after the renovation when you enter the room. The location is good, and I saw several tour groups staying there, so the flow of people is quite large.
