"This is an apartment on the hotel grounds. The room is nice, with a sea view. You can use the pools, beach, and sun loungers. There's a small children's entertainment program and a playground. This is a great new hotel with stylish restaurants. The prices are not cheap. A four-cheese pizza is 550,000 VND, and a coconut is 150,000 VND. You can buy a buffet breakfast, but we didn't, ordering croissants and coffee from the bakery. There are local cafes and fruit shops nearby. Grab also comes here; we ordered food and ate right on the beach. There's a Lien shop nearby with delicious salted and chocolate coffee; be sure to try it. The price is 35 VND. The downsides to the apartment are the off-white linens and the orange, sporty towels, not terrycloth."

"I stayed at Roliva Hotel for a week and I would definitely recommend it. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was very quiet, which made my stay really relaxing. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the rooftop — it was very quiet and a great place to relax. The location is perfect, just about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. Also, the price for the room was really good, which made the overall experience even better. "It was nice and met my expectations. Breakfast was good enough with a lot of choice The pool seemed to have heavy chlorine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. I would stay there again. I paid 525.00 for a twin room (which was small for two beds in it).. Being given a twin and not a double, seemed pointless to have the extra bed, but hey ho."

"The accommodation is clean, and so is the swimming pool. Unlike some older places where the pool tiles might be cracked, there was absolutely none of that here. They offer free bicycle rentals, which allowed us to explore every corner of Hoi An. It was fine to rent them all day, and there's a lock, so you don't have to worry about them getting stolen. Since we arrived in the early morning, we requested hotel pickup and paid 500,000 VND. It was convenient and great. They even upgraded our room, which made our stay very comfortable. I just wish the bottled water in the room was sealed."

"Overall, a very good homestay. It's a typical Vietnamese homestay setup, where the family lives on the property - usually in a separate area downstairs - while the remaining rooms are rented out to guests. The husband, wife, and sister/friend were all very welcoming and informative throughout our stay. The rooms had a unique character and charm, with a particularly interesting bathroom design that allows you to see into the shower area, although blinds are provided for privacy. There was plenty of natural light, a lovely balcony, and even a small pool. We didn't end up using it, as it seemed a little too small for a proper swim, but it was still a nice addition - perhaps better suited for children or simply dipping your feet in after a day of exploring. They waved us goodbye with well wishes and some snacks too; thank you."

"Pros: So many! Location: Close to shops and cafes. It’s a pleasant 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Beach: You can get to the equipped beach directly by crossing the road. A sun lounger under an umbrella costs 40k VND. It’s best to bring your own towels as they aren't provided (though they are available at reception in the apartments upon request). You can also just lay your towel on the sand. There were waves, but they were gentle and safe for swimming. There were few people in the morning and during the day, but it got packed by evening. Designated areas are roped off for swimming, with surfers on the sides to prevent mixing. Service: Unobtrusive but high quality. All the staff smiled and were eager to help. It was especially nice when they helped with our luggage upon checkout without us even asking. Thanks to the team, Helen and Rio! Housekeeping: Daily cleaning with fresh towels every time. The bed linen was changed every 3 days (I think). They washed dishes and wiped everything down. Breakfast: A complimentary welcome breakfast was served at the building across the street. It was a small buffet, but had plenty of everything: eggs, soup, pastries, vegetables, and fruits. After the welcome breakfast, it costs 100k VND per person. Apartment Amenities: One bedroom and a living room, plus a huge balcony. There’s a washing machine and a dryer that didn't work. We brought our own rope and clothes pegs, and our clothes dried very quickly. There’s a BBQ on the balcony, but we didn't use it. It has a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, plates for first and second courses, and cutlery. The Wi-Fi is good (suitable for video calls). Air conditioning in every room, and it gets really cold. Slippers were provided, but no bathrobes. Pool: Beyond excellent! After an exhausting day, diving into your own private pool is incredibly refreshing. It's 1.6m deep, and the water warmed up nicely throughout the day. It was cleaned every 3 days by arrangement (we coordinated the time). There's also a pool in the building across the street (which you can use), along with a tiny gym (exercise bike, multi-functional rack, and dumbbells). Cons: Honestly, none unless you actively look for them. You could mention the non-working dryer, but that’s a minor detail. We came to the coast for the excellent sea and fruits, and there was an abundance of both."

"A pleasant hotel in a beautiful location. We arrived from Da Nang and stayed for just one night, but were very satisfied and would gladly come back again, as one day was clearly not enough. This is a place where you just want to relax lazily — lie by the pool or even stay in your room, enjoying the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere truly helps you unwind. I would especially like to highlight the bathtub and the ample hot water — it gives a special feeling of deep relaxation after a busy day. Combined with the bed and mattress, where you literally sink in like into a soft and cozy cloud, it creates perfect conditions for rest. As a result, the sleep was truly deep and restorative: despite the fact that the previous day was very intense and we were extremely tired, I fell asleep instantly and woke up fully rested and full of energy, even after only about 6 hours of sleep. I would also like to mention the staff — everyone was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful, and you can really feel their genuine hospitality. Overall, this place leaves a sense of comfort and tranquility, making you want to come back just to relax and recharge. The breakfasts were also great — a good variety of food, everything was tasty and diverse. Thank you very much for your hospitality!"

"We had a room with a partial sea view. It mostly overlooked a building, but you could actually see both the sea and the city quite well from either side. On Saturday, we had a fantastic view of the fireworks from our room. The furniture was in good condition, and the room was quite spacious. The hotel's service was top-notch. A hotel staff member was constantly available via WhatsApp to help with any questions. We were never disturbed by housekeeping at an inconvenient time; it was as if they knew exactly when we were out. The hotel kindly provided us with a complimentary airport transfer. On my birthday, they surprised us with a cake, which was a lovely touch. The hotel offers a decent breakfast with plenty of fruit, and while it leaned towards Asian cuisine, Europeans could also find delicious options. Coffee was served from pots. The staff made sure the breakfast buffet was continuously replenished. I loved the rooftop pool with its stunning sea view. The beach was just across the road, and we walked a little to the left to sunbathe. There are plenty of restaurants, spas, and shops on the second and third lines. More expensive seafood restaurants and beach bars are located right on the shore. You could hear the bars until around 10-11 PM, but it was quiet and comfortable for sleeping at night. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the promenade. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
