Welcome to Sea Forever! Once you step into this beautiful condo, you will see how it got its name! So much space with ocean views from every room. This is a great unit for a family or large group. We are located mid-island, close to shops and restaurants and a few steps to the beach. We are always available to meet you or to answer any questions about the unit or the area. Try out our Concierge service for the ultimate vacation. Private & covered garage parking and elevator directly to unit.Our condo faces the ocean with views from every room! The elevator takes you from the parking garage, directly into your unit. Once inside, enjoy the updated kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. We offer small touches such as Welcome Gift Bags, a few bottled waters and a snack basket and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very spacious with enough beds for 10. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are two bunk beds tucked away in a hallway, hideaway. Kids love it!!The condo is also handicapped accessible. The elevator takes you directly into the unit so there are no stairs. The master bathroom is equipped with bars for the shower, tub and toilet.Entire condo and private community pool.We are always available to meet you or to answer any questions.Great location, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything!Walking distance to everything. Bikes and golf carts also are a fun way to get around. The island also has several local taxi companies the are extremely reasonable.**Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. You are allowed TWO parking spaces at this complex. There are no options for more vehicles. There is paid street parking available.A few other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.We provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space. You can rent both on the beach during the peak season or from Tim's Bikes & Beach Gear Rentals all year round. This unit is available for long term rentals during the off season-Dec. 2023-March 2024. We do have a sleeper sofa so we can accommodate 10 guests. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning.You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Report ANY damages immediately to the property manager. The city of Tybee as well as the complex observes quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Our Episode is viewable through On Demand Fortunately, we had the wonderful opportunity of participating in an episode of the HGTV show Beachfront Bargain Hunt, which Flip Flop Fever is featured in. The episode covers the story on my search for the perfect beachfront/oceanfront property and I invite you to come stay in my perfect piece of paradise--Flip Flop Fever.The sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean surround you in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. You can watch the dolphins play just a couple hundred yards away, take in the enormous cargo ships as they glide the edge of the horizon, watch the shrimp boats catch tonight's dinner and smell the sweet saltwater air all from the comfort of your own private balcony and from both the living room and the master bedroom in this condo. Enjoy these scenes from a cozy sofa or queen bed with a handmade Tybee Island driftwood headboard, while dozing off for an afternoon nap after a morning stroll along the sandy shores. There are stairs to the 3rd floor and no elevator is available, but I feel the climb is worth the view. In past years, I have rented condos at Tybee for my family, and I was often disappointed in the presentation and the bare minimum preparation. I have gone to great efforts to make my condo exceed your expectations regarding supplies and items throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans and accessories you would need to prepare a Sunday meal or brew a quick pitcher of iced tea to sit on the porch and enjoy sipping throughout the afternoon. I am a big crockpot lover, when I’m visiting the beach. It’s so easy to throw something in the crockpot before heading out to catch some rays and when you return – lunch is ready! There is a large crockpot available for your use.A high-powered telescope located in the living room, allows you an up close and personal view of the sights and sounds of Tybee Island, Georgia and Hilton Head island in the distance. Watch the dolphins play, see the fish jumping or peek in on the kite boarders that frequently entertain us with their presence. The bath linens are of exceptional quality, soft and comfy. I have left plenty of bedding for your convenience and there is a pull-out sofa in case you bring more friends. I really believe it is the small touches that make someone feel welcome and relaxed. My goal in decorating this condo was to create an environment that is conducive of a relaxing beach vacation. A true home away from home feeling that will keep you coming back for more. The community is private with gated entrance and offers 2 pools and a kiddie pool. There is also a small area with swings for the children. BBQ grills outside the pool area and tennis courts across the street as well. I invite others to share in my enjoyment of the Atlantic Ocean and hope that their vacation at Tybee Island, Georgia will leave lasting footprints in their lives for years to come. I love this condo and I take pride in my little piece of paradise and would ask that everyone do the same and treat it as your own home. The Sandpiper Condos are located on Tybee Island'sSouth Beach within walking distance to the pier, pavilion, several shops, bars, and restaurants. Weeklong rentals are a must in June and July, 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. We are unable to make any exceptions during these months.The elevator will take you up to the second floor for your beautiful, private, spacious, 1400 square feet of vacation pleasure with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. We have Impact/High Performance windows and sliding glass door that are up to code for coastal and island properties.Description of Condo: Updated with ceramic tile flooring so there is no carpet. This condo features a fully furnished kitchen with Corian countertops. The full sized refrigerator/freezer /ice-maker combination, smooth top stove, microwave, and dishwasher will make 'cooking in' very convenient. There is a large pantry and extra shelves for storing your groceries.
