Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival. ☆ No Adhesives on Walls – Do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any other materials to attach decorations or items to the walls, as this may cause damage. ☆ No Glitter Allowed – Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furniture and surfaces. While they are harmless and don’t bite at all, they come in numbers, so we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. Keeping the lights off at night is also a tremendous help. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool.
