Grab your beach gear for a quick walk to the neighborhood's private beach access (we have beach chairsand an umbrella for your use... just bring your towels, sunscreen and surfboard). In the cute beach town of Corolla, you have plenty to do with shopping, restaurants or planning your meals with 2 grocery stores close by. We have a fully stocked kitchen w/pantry, a large custom built table w/bench seating and chairs for 8-10 people comfortably, a fixed charcoal grill and even a picnic table for your use. Golf, mini golf, adventure park, etc are close by. Book a sound fishing charter or you can rent jet skis, paddle boards, surf boards or kayaks locally if you prefer water adventures. You can schedule a horse tour to admire Corolla's infamous wild horses or find them on your own if you have a 4WD vehicle. Want to see a lighthouse, small museums or historical places? Our front door opens into a large Great Room with comfortable leather furniture, including a massage recliner. The dining area has a 4x8 ft. Granite topped dining room table with ample seating for 8, and a bar with seating for 4 where you can interact with whom or whatever is going on in the kitchen. The dining area gives access to our large covered deck where you can view the Currituck Lighthouse, watch family members play pickleball or carry food down a few steps to an outdoor stainless steel charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with everything needed to fix either quick or gourmet meals. As you turn into the hallway, the laundry area is hidden behind louver doors. Ahead to the right is the spacious Master bedroom, we call it the Magnolia room, with a Smart TV, a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, separate room for shower and commode. The Master also has a small private deck. Next is the Ivy room decorated in calming shades of green and is home to the largest of the 4 Flat Screen TV’s. Past the two-room hall bathroom is the Lighthouse room where you will find two twin beds set up as a Day Bed with a pull out Trundle making this an ideal bedroom for either children or adults. There is one ensuite bathroom, as well as a second "jack-and-jill" style bathroom, with access to the hall and second bedroom, which can easily be treated as a second ensuite. Perfect for couples or families and dog friendly!The living space features an 8-foot island, with plenty of space to enjoy dinner with family and friends, play games or work remotely! It also features a fully stocked kitchen, with a dishwasher, blender, coffee pot/maker and plenty of cookware. A washer/dryer is located in the hallway closet. There is a private patio in the front where you can let towels dry after a long day at the beach. A grill and outdoor shower are also available on the side of the unit.The development features a community pool, open mid May to mid October. It is heated when the air temperature is cooler.
