Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees the heater will be shut off).Hot tub will be open throughout the year.Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season.In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days. Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out.Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation.Note - An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. One thing that we do not provide are beach towels.Are dish towels/paper towels/hand soap included?- Yes, Yes, & Yes. The unit is provided with a complimentary starter kit containing dish soap, dishwasher pods, a new paper towel roll, 2 kitchen trash bags, hand soaps, a new roll of toilet paper for each bathroom along with travel-size soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.I see that you do not charge a pet fee. Do we still need to let you know if we are bringing a pet?- Yes, We have multiple pet related items that we like to put out for our furry friends including pet blankets for the couch & different sized food bowls so knowing ahead of time if you are coming with a pet, and what breed is very helpful.- Do you offer a highchair, crib, or pack'n play?We do not have a highchair or crib, but we do have a pack'n-play in the unit.Are there beach chairs/umbrella?- No beach chairs or umbrella but the is a beach wagonType of coffee maker?- 1 regular coffee pot & one that takes K cups and a Reusable Coffee Pod for your favorite blendIs the pool heated? - YesHow long will the pool be opened for?- The Beach Club at Whalehead pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025, weather permitting.
