The best thing about this hotel during our short stay was the reception when we arrived, and it deserves the highest score. Miss Petra, because we had an early morning flight, was ideal, with a transfer to terminal 2 at a very reasonable price. Apart from that, there is very close transport, in front of the hotel, very short distance, and we were able to go to the historic centre by bus and metro, very quickly.

- Unfortunately services and facilities did not match the expectations as it was mentioned or as per Brand image. Dirty cups, missing utensils, nonfunctional coffee machine, dirty stinky fridge, nearly empty shampoo sets, old towels do not suit the image of the Ramada brand.
+ Location is only the biggest asset for this particular Hotel. Close to all major attractions. Room was big enough but seems old and need cosmetic repairs.
- Customer care is another point to be improved. For parking,were instructed to come first to the Reception even-though informed them that due to road blockage, it was not possible to enter center. After struggling for nearly 1.5 hour, managed to arrive at reception then came to know that the hotel parking was closed and have to use public parking. They could have informed beforehand during the call. Greeting to guests is not norm here. However, Mr Rafat was particularly extremely helpful and professional.
- Breakfast is just normal, not so many varieties and congested room.
Overall, disappointed with stay but Prague is always beloved city.
