Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The front desk was quite arrogant. I personally think I will not come to this hotel again. The hotel is tired and uncomfortable. It is a bit old. Although the room is large, the comfort is not high. In addition, there is no wishing fountain in Prague.

We loved our stay at the Carlton! The staff were very friendly on check in. Our room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast every day in a lovely calm atmosphere. Free coffee in the lobby was also a nice touch. The staff were very thoughtful and left me a small bottle of prosecco for my birthday! Excellent location, we enjoyed getting the tram into the city centre and convenience I'd the supermarket and local takeaways. As others have said, the room was noisy with trams at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

建物自体は古いですが、レトロな雰囲気が素敵ですしお部屋はとても清潔です。朝食も美味しい。スタッフも皆親切でした。トリートメントが備え付けられていなかったのと、シャワーの勢いが少し弱かった点だけ注意が必要。

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby so I don't think there was any problem.

Great locations as only a 5-10 minute drive from the train station depending on the traffic. The receptionist was so lovely and instantly made me feel welcome. There was a breakfast included in the morning with great options of local pastries, cheeses and breads as well as many meat options for any meat eaters (I’m a vegetarian) would stay here again and recommend!
