The hotel has a history of 30 years, and the lobby has piano and saxophone playing for breakfast and dinner, which is great 👍🏻. Good breakfast. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel.

We loved our stay at the Carlton! The staff were very friendly on check in.
Our room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast every day in a lovely calm atmosphere. Free coffee in the lobby was also a nice touch.
The staff were very thoughtful and left me a small bottle of prosecco for my birthday!
Excellent location, we enjoyed getting the tram into the city centre and convenience I'd the supermarket and local takeaways.
As others have said, the room was noisy with trams at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

Great locations as only a 5-10 minute drive from the train station depending on the traffic. The receptionist was so lovely and instantly made me feel welcome. There was a breakfast included in the morning with great options of local pastries, cheeses and breads as well as many meat options for any meat eaters (I’m a vegetarian) would stay here again and recommend!

As soon as we arrived, we discovered a unique detail: access to the parking lot is via a car elevator. Simply put, the car enters the elevator, which then descends directly to the parking lot. A unique and truly surprising experience!
The hotel is also very pleasant: the rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The bedding is high-quality and the pillows are perfect, ensuring a truly restful stay. We also appreciated the provision of fresh water for guests, a simple but valuable touch that isn't always found in hotels in large cities.
The breakfast was satisfactory, and the hotel's location is ideal: easy to access by car, convenient for ordering an Uber, and close enough to the center to quickly reach the main sites, while remaining in a quiet area.
In short, a very successful stay that we highly recommend.

AAnonymous Userok location, nearest tram stop about 5-6mins walk away. hotel clean and good. one problem is the key card deactivated itself repeatedly, and reception is not 24/7 so its very risky. had to get it reactivated many times and at one point even climb in the room cause we got locked out. but room was nice and clean. and spacious with 3 beds

LLvtuzhishangI went to Prague on the weekend and this hotel is very cost-effective. There are convenience stores and restaurants around, the front desk is very friendly, although it is not in the old town, it is not far away, and you can reach Prague Square in 20 minutes on foot.

PPetr PohlRoom was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom.
There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door.
Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel.
No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags.
Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature.
Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum.
Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold.
Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

YYifangThe location is good in the quiet neighborhood in Prague 3. There are different choices of restaurants, cafe and bars. Very convenient to get to the old town with the bus and tram stations within 3 mins walk. And a tunnel nearby which people can walk through to connect to new town easily.
The room and beds are comfortable. Also the restaurant in the hotel is nice with good beers!!
