I travel a lot to Prague because of work (one week per month) and I’ve stayed in this hotel several times, but this time I was very disappointed.
My flight was changed to be leaving one day earlier than expected. Even though I contacted them 2 weeks prior noticing this, they had not a single detail with me, no breakfast included, no refund for the last night, no room upgrade…
And they still had the audacity of charging me for the city tax of that extra night I wasn’t saying! 50czk, not a lot but still insulting.
Will really consider coming back again.

Great hotel with good service and facilities. The rooms are well sized and the beds are comfortable. The rates were extremely attractive, especially as it included breakfast, which was above average in standard.
Public transport links are close by and getting to the sights is not a problem. Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Prague.

Nice clean hotel with good location. Only problem was the pillows were too soft/ sunken in which made it hard to sleep.

Perfect location as it’s in the heart of Prague 2 and close to Prague 1. Public transport is readily available in that area and it’s super reliable. The hotel is clean and the service is on-point. We had a pleasant stay.

It's about five tram stops from the station.
The 30m2 superior room was spacious, bright, and comfortable for three people. There was also a bathtub, and it was a good size.
I didn't expect this, but the breakfast selection was quite extensive. I wish I could have stayed for consecutive nights, but it was fully booked on New Year's Eve. Next time I'll book earlier.
