Love the room, huge space, space for dining and kitchen simple cooking, with all utensils available in the room. bathroom was huge, quiet place, nearby to the attractions and tram station, walking distance to many places including the prague main train station (not with luggage). Highly recommended this hotel for small family and vacation.

Solid experience. Hotel is modern, clean, spacious and centrally located right by the metro station (A, B). They’re also very big on sustainability which is always good. The room I stayed in was nice and spacious. Clean, sterile, and new looking. Location was also perfect for walking around and sightseeing. Included breakfast was very good, including a hot foods section (beans, tomato, bacon, eggs, etc). on top of usual cold options/room temp breads etc.

The furniture is old and smell of smoke all over, the breakfast team cannot handle the crowd and food is not that great. The room selection was change with kindness of the service team and upgraded but the bed and furniture is outdated. i would not rated at 5 star maybe 4 or 3 to be honest. the location is great and close by many places by taxi and mall is close by.

The hotel exterior looked nice. However, the room condition is not good for the price. The breakfast is average. The only regret is that there are no slippers in the room.

I perfectly love this place and would definitely book again. Only comment is that the doors are quite loud when closing and the rooms are not soundproof. Other than those, this hotel is perfect to stay at in Prague!

The location is very good. It is near the tram stop and bus stop for the airport. There is a little dust on the sofa and in the nooks of the room. The hair dryer is not very good, if you have long hair you will need at least half an hour to dry it. The management system is not very good, before I checked out, someone knocked and opened my room door at 9 a.m. (check out time is 12 p.m.) I didn't know who it was but I thought it was the housekeeper. However, the receptionist is very nice and you can leave your luggage after checking out.

Location is great, easy to get to downtown area and away from the noisy area, it’s the best of both. Despite some minor issues with the room, it got resolved quickly and professionally. Staff is very friendly, especially the manager David who has gone extra miles to help us during our stay. Bed is very comfortable, shower has good pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, we only had dinner there one night and it was really good. We like Prague a lot and will definitely return to stay in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the train station, bus station, and old town! The hotel's breakfast is also very good, 🈶️ Freshly made breakfast, champagne, beautiful dining environment, live music, beautiful heated swimming pool, good bedding, and a 2-meter bed that sleeps very comfortably; the only downside is that the room is a bit small

It’s only a 5-minute walk from the Powder Tower. Although the room is relatively small, it is very clean. The toiletries are all Penhaligon. The entire hotel is also exquisite and unique. There is a dedicated rest and tea break area. Breakfast is a la carte➕self-service mode. Order The meal is to choose a staple food. The buffet content is relatively small, but it is very healthy and delicious. Recommended ~ a small luxury hotel with high cost performance
